I heard about CX8 from a prominent health and wellness podcaster and I've spent a fair amount of time researching the ingredients and the company. All 8 ingredients have significant clinical data supporting their use for maintaining a healthy heart and arteries. Xtend-Life manufactures all their own products in a state of the art facility in New Zealand. I watched a tour of their factory on Youtube and it's world class. Been taking this product for 2 months now and my blood pressure has dropped an average of 5-10 points. Surprisingly, I've also noticed a decrease in my asthma symptoms. I've priced out what it would cost to get the clinical doses of all 8 ingredients included in this formula individually, and it would be far more expensive. This product is a bargain for anyone who cares about their cardiovascular health. I recently started taking their flagship men's multi vitamin (Total Balance Premium) and I'm very impressed with that product as well.

I took this product for 3 years and I was on a keto diet. Lost 40lbs but plaque got worse and had to have a triple bypass. Calcium score went from 100 to 500 ish. I'm not saying it doesn't work for some but clearly not for me based on what it's supposed to do. Great company and easy to deal with. Obviously, I wanted it to work.

I've been hearing about this CoQ10 for many years now but never tried it out due to the price. It is a pretty expensive product and supplements are a dime a dozen these days and you never know what's going to work and what's worth paying for until you actually use it, and even then, it may take over a month to feel results. What I don't like about this particular bottle is that it says it's a 2 month supply, yet on the bottle itself it says to take 1-2 pills a day. For the first week, I took 1 pill and then the second week I started to take 2 pills. Taking 2 a day means that you do not have a 2 month supply and they wouldn't state on the bottle itself to take up to 2 if that wasn't the intended dosage for this bottle in particular. It's also a low dosage compared to other products and with it's high price, I wouldn't bother with this particular brand again. Taking the 2 a day, I did notice an overall relief of muscle fatigue that I seem to get on a daily basis. It's not dramatic or anything like that, but I was able to notice it. I'd like to continue with CoQ10 to see the effects of long time use, but it won't be with this brand.
