Q: Does this have Stevia in it?

No, these are sweetened with erythritol (sugar alcohol) and sucralose (artificial sweetener). It would be better (read: healthier) if they used stevia which is natural, has no carbs, & does not affect blood glucose levels instead of sucralose. Many people don't like stevia due to its bitterness & aftertaste, but blended with erythritol takes care of both of those things. As a person with Type 2 Diabetes, artificial sweeteners raise my blood sugar levels.

Q: Does these contain any bioengineered food product, like atkins does now?

Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate, Erythritol, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Peanuts, Palm Kernel Oil, Soluble Corn Fiber, Sodium Caseinate. Contains Less Than 2% Of The Following: Sunflower Lecithin, Sea Salt, Butterfat, Natural Flavor, Peanut Oil, Sucralose. Allergens & Warnings: Contains: milk, peanuts. Processed in a facility that also processes soy, wheat and tree nuts.

Q: When will these be available again?

They're available now. Order quickly before they are out of stock again. The first time I tried to order it, they were out. On a whim, I checked tonight & they have some so I ordered two.

Q: What is the white residue? Is is mold or an ingredient coming out from age or heat?

I've never had white residue on mine, the only thing I can think of is the peanut butter inside from age maybe? Mine are always very fresh and it doesn't take me long to eat them, they are so delicious. I've seen that happen before with peanut butter inside if its old but not with these candies, on other old candy bars.
