Great Mower - Great Warranty & Support (Battery Failed after 3 months, Replaced for Free)
I really love the 5Ah battery capacity. I love not using gasoline. I was incredibly disappointed that the battery failed to charge after only 3 months. There are a bunch of youtube videos describing how to recover a broken battery that won't charge, but the ones that look reputable require knowledge of electronics to give the battery a boost so it will charge normally. (This did not work for my battery. I tried it after ordering a replacement.) The most troubling problem with the battery was the noise it's making (a high-pitched squeal/hum) and it was warm to the touch. There's no sign of the contacts being shorted, but I was concerned about a fire hazard. During my first attempt to contact support I sat on the phone for over an hour to talk to support. Fortunately, I went back and tried to call support a second time and got through. I found the support agent knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. The agent was able to get the battery replaced under warranty and there was zero cost (zero battery cost and zero shipping charge). The new battery arrived in about 10 calendar days. I am very happy with the support experience and would highly recommend this product.

Great Product
This is really a great set . It’s works great for a smaller yard. The batteries inter change between all of the tools. Easy to use and quiet ( so you can work in the yard early in the morning without waking up your neighborhood . Light weigh so easy to push. ( no maintenance required )

Very reliable mower
This mower is awesome. I’ve let my grass grow well over 3’ this summer because the heat has just been unbearable. It took two battery cycles with the mower on the tallest setting and in turbo mode to get the entire yard mowed, but overall I’m impressed with how reliable this mower was. My grass is very dense, and during the morning it was soaking wet from dew. I had to move slow, and it stalled a few times, but more often than not it handled well. The battery life is okay, about 30-40 minutes. The weed whacker is okay. It doesn’t do well on thicker weeds and vines, but does great on grass. The blower is great. Everything is pretty quiet too which is a nice bonus. I’d say the value here is definitely worth the cost, especially since the batteries work on all greenworks tools.

Works great
The mower works great. It was easy to assemble. I bought two extra batteries because I have a big yard and didn't want to have to recharge before I was done. But the charge lasted long enough that I didn't have to use the other two. The problem is the charger. Within two weeks one of the ports started blinking red and won't charge. Update: Apparently this happens if you leave the batteries in the charger too long after they're fully charged and it overheats. If it happens, unplug the charger for a while and it will reset.

Waste of Money and Time
Bough ta 2.5 years ago; mower, charger and drill machine Battery started draing very fast after very first year; it wont last long enough to complete my yard which is not big at all If i have to cut at level 3 it will be enogh for back yard or front yard; else for back i have to charge three times; and again the battery is not possible to charge immediately as it will be hot inside that it will show red indicator; i have to wait; literally takes whole day to complete my yard with this proces; and battery is expensive to replace. If the grass is wet that make life even more worst mowing with this waste thing. Cannot pick grass and send to bag if its little long enough; i have to loft and let it thow outside. The drill is okay for small thing but not very powerful enough for stone rock or little hard surface I wouldn’t recommend anybodyto buy this lqwn mower; its waste of money and time and effort using this product

Awesome deal!
Awesome deal! I have a small yard so I'm able to get everything done without going below half charge on any of the batteries. The mower is quiet and effective. The blower can be a little finicky with battery contact, but reseating the battery will usually fix the connection and then it blows great.

Great deal
This is probably the best mower I’ve ever owned. So easy to use and it cuts just like a gas mower.

Cuts Grass/Poor Vacuum
I waited until I've used this at least 3 times to review it, I would summarize it as "Meh"! It DOES cut grass, and it is self-propelled - that's the good news. The bad news is it really doesn't create enough of a vacuum to suck up anything other than the grass clippings as they are cut. So for example, if you have a lot of leaves on your lawn when you mow the lawn 90% of them will NOT get sucked into the bag! There IS a "Turbo" button that increases the motor speed and suction - BUT it drains the battery quickly so you have to use it sparingly. One other nuisance is the self propel drive mechanism - it does not disengage the rear wheels immediately when you release the drive control, it takes several seconds (during which time the rear wheels are locked and will not turn backwards). This becomes really noticeable if you are mowing an area that requires you to go forward/backwards repeatedly (like a small narrow section of lawn). You engage the forward drive to make a pass, release the control and immediately pull the mower back for the next pass - but the rear wheels lock and sort of "dig in" to the lawn if you drag it backwards. If you wait a few seconds the drive eventually disengages and the rear wheels turn freely. Overall, it'll get the job done for my fairly small lawn area - but I'm unimpressed with its performance and capabilities.
