I thought I would be satisfied but it didn't last that long before it got broken, less than a week,that's disappointing!

Very sharp with limitations.
Fabulously sharp - so be careful! - but, as with other ceramic knives, the tips are blunt. So slicing is great, but intricacies are difficult.

This knife is plastic, after two weeks the blades broke, I do not recommend it.
