this thing works great! but, you could also just use a vacuum sealed bag. but it does make a nice perfect loaf of meat for slicing

This is a lifesaver you can flavor any type of ground meat salami turkey ham chicken is perfect but I use it for the hole like bacon grease… Lol but it’s perfect you can’t lose with this one not at all.

Haven’t used it yet Would of been nice to receive a recipe booklet on how to make some of the meats and cook times So for me it’s a disappointment But I’m sure it’ll work just fine when I use it

This item helps me make the most delicious chicken and turkey "lunchmeats" without all the salt and additives. I can flavor the meat with my own spices and we actually have eaten this for breakfast meat. If you are looking for a healthy alternative to those sub sandwiches, this is a good alternative

I love this meat press. I spent the extra dollars for the 304 stainless steel and was not disappointed. It's very nice quality and works perfectly. A nice option for people who want to make their own sandwich meats and get away from heavily processed over priced garbage they sell you in stores. One thing I would like to know is can you purchase the plastic bag liners separately because I would definitely buy more of those.
