While it’s probably a placebo effect, I have felt better (though medications and doctors have definitely played a role too), and I like to think the bracelet contributes in some way. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit nervous, and I find myself fiddling with the bracelet when I need to focus, which helps. About a month ago, the knot on the elastic band came, but it’s not a big deal.

Unfortunately, the experience is ruined by the cheap elastic band. It’s stretchy, sure, but it starts wearing down after just a few days of regular use.The bracelet fits comfortably at first, but the band loosens quickly, making it feel flimsy and prone to snapping. It’s a shame because the stones themselves have a good weight to them and look great on the wrist, but the poor quality of the band makes it unreliable. If they used a stronger elastic, this would have been an easy recommendation. As it stands, it’s not worth the price for something that you’ll likely have to restring yourself or risk breaking altogether. Save your money unless you’re ready to do some DIY repairs.
