I have only worn this sleeve for 2 days. The first day for 3 hours. The second day for 6+ hours at work. My knee unloading brace stayed in place. I tried the Bracesox cotton sleeve originally. It was comfortable but my brace slid down to my ankle after work. I returned it. I searched all the sleeves on Amazon. They all had slippage reviews and were more expensive. I got discouraged. I finally have this one a try. It is long and light weight. I ordered the L/XL. It fit perfectly. No problem with the "large top and small calf". I told the extra length over my brace.Don't be afraid to try this sleeve. For the money you can't beat it.

I purchased these under brace stockings to go underneath a knee brace. They are comfortable they do fall down and need to be rolled over the top of the brace.

Hubby wears knee braces, and I ordered one of these and a different set of 2 to wear under them to prevent chafing. I wanted him to try them out to see which he preferred. He used the different set of two, but after a period of time, they stretched and kept slipping down. He tried this sleeve under one brace and wore it long enough to know that it wouldn't slip down, so I ordered another one. He has been wearing them daily and is very happy with them. I will be ordering 2 more, two to wear and the other two to go in the laundry and then be on standby.

The item quality was fine, but the fit did not work for me.The sleeve does not have anything to "grip" the skin. In my case, the top kept sliding down my thigh, disappearing into my brace, then allowing the brace to work its way down my leg. The bottom end stayed put (upper portion of my calf).It may work fine for others, it just wasn't a good solution for me.
