The flavour of the tea is subtle if I leave the bag in you get much stronger taste which I don't mind, I've been using for the last 10 days now they do help support a normal appetite I have cup in the morning with breakfast and no snacking until lunch and the evening I have the tea around 7pm and no snacking after so they work. I will buy again.

Love the taste of both the morning and evening tea and it does help me to feel fuller. Not sure if it’s helping with weight loss at all as I’m doing other things alongside but it is a nice tea

I've been using this product for a month now and it does help aid weight loss but you have to out the work in. It gives that extra boost needed. It won't make you lose weight if your not working for it. The taste isn't to Iver powering its quite refreshing.

My tea arrived today. I enjoyed the flavour of the day tea. The arrival was prompt and it's nicely presented. The reason I have given it 3 stars is that the list of ingredients is different on the box as it is on the packages inside. There are extra ingredients not mentioned on the box. Kola nut for example. I have looked this up and it seems to be a good ingredient for many reasons. However it also contains caffeine. As does the blend of green teas. I'm just wondering if it would be advisable to put the caffeine content on the information as it's hard to know how much you are getting. I'm not sure if I can submit further reviews but happy to update once I've tried the teas for longer. This is just my first impression. I think the 2 lists of ingredients should be the same and the caffeine content should be clear.

This can’t be the soul focus of your detox but as a warm swap in fur tea and coffee this is a good substitute. Smells a little strange at first

The two types of infusions are great tasting, refreshing and leave a lovely flavour in the mouth. I found the night one to have very strong diuretic effects, and the day one energising. However, in terms of their main purpose, i.e. aiding weight loss, I'm afraid they have not worked at all for me. I think this does not reflect on the product itself at all, it is just that some combinations of herbs work better for some people than others. This, unfortunately, did not work for me.
