Good for in fall or moving from fall into winter. Has held up nicely over a year of use. Easy to fold and carry in bag. Lightweight but warm, with hood. Fits over sweatshirts and hoodies. Would buy again.

I am a 5' 1" woman at 108 lbs. I don't typically buy boys clothes, but have had good luck with a few items, so thought I would take a chance on this puffy jacket as the color I chose was being sold at a discount ($27). The overall length and sleeves are long on me, so the fit is like a parka, more functional than stylish. I choose the XXL size which is correct as the XL would likely be too narrow in the hip. Inside, the material is smooth, and the seams are well-finished. The outside hand warmer pockets are nice and deep, the inside pockets are large and a great addition. The cuffs and hood are loose-fitting with almost no elastic stretch, it could use a drawstring closure, but that's not included. Except for a raincoat, I don't have another favorite jacket in my closet, so for now this will likely become my primary jacket during the winter and my go-to jacket when I travel.

Perfect mid weather preschool coat. Great for those in between Midwest fall and spring temperatures, packs up tight, but is soft enough to be cozy. Would recommend.

I love these Amazon brand jackets. We’ve used the heavy weight one for a couple years. This weight is perfect for spring and fall. Definitely will keep your child warm. We got the grey and yellow color. The yellow is bright for sure but it looks good.

I really like this jacket. We live in Wisconsin where it gets really cold out and I refuse to keep a bulky coat on my toddler when going somewhere in the car because of car seat safety. So, beginning of winter, I'd get him into the car, bulky coat off, buckled, then whenever we arrived to our destination, coat on, rinse & repeat. (we do use the bulky coat when just playing outside)With this jacket, I can put him into a fleece sweater then this jacket over and it's not bulky, thick, etc and it's so much safer, I don't have to worry about compression and the car seat harness not protecting him if we were to get into a car accident.My son just turned 4 days ago, and he's a size 5-6 so I ordered an XS and it fits perfectly!

My toddler is on the taller lean side. I wasn't sure if he could fit the XS yet since he's wearing 3T currently and it shows measurements for 4T. We tend to get things a size up anyway to wear/use longer. This fits pretty prefect to allow additional layers underneath. The arms of course are a little too long. Why do kids get 4 pockets and women clothing none?!?! Super annoying, but I love that about this jacket so he can carry his own toy cars. He can also store the carry bag in there which is a nifty bonus. No loose threads and quality seems pretty good for how often he'll wear it (in the south more warmer weather then cold).
