It's so beautiful!!!! We just installed this near our fire pit at camp. Not only is it a relief to have quick access if the fire gets out of control, We now have fresh spring water without going all the way to the spring. We couldn't love this more! I remember using a hand pump as a small child. It's so fun! The grandkids are going to love it!!

I bought this not as a real pump, though it would clearly work well. I bought it to create a fountain using a solid pump to simulate a rustic water pump. I used a solar pump and ran the tubing through the pump. It looks and works great and won’t wear out like the plastic ones do.

Does the job for a mud kitchen, but it does turn water black/ dark purple. Water is clear in bucket and turns black when going through pump. It becomes a lighter purple with use, but never fully clear. It's also rather hard to pump. The inside seems like there's a lot of friction against the up and down motion, not like a smooth gliding motion. Additionally, the inside is quite rusted with a month of light use.

Quality is great!! Heavy duty and worked well but I removed the guts to use it as a pool fountain.

Came with two loose bolts and leaked around the base. It still worked and was able to draw water up from a shallow well. Does not move as much water as i thought it should with each stroke but it worked

It looks great on our cowboy pool, stock tank pool ! We have a country/rural theme going in the backyard and this just really added to the charm. It’s very soothing and relaxing when it’s on and it’s part of our filter system.

I got this for the wife to make a custom water fall for the pool, with pvc tubing running to the bottom side of it. It works great and im not in danger of being stabbed in my sleep!

Great item - we rigged it up for our natural well. simple and sturdy and extra-ordinarily satisfying!! Would have preferred black or green but the red looks good too!
