I'm SO THANKFUL I chose this instead of a compression sleeve that doesn't have the ability to be heated or frozen. I knew the copper would be a plus. I wasn't sure about if I would like the weight of the extra little layer added for added healing by temperature. This product buy was definitely an outstanding decision!

This is thicker and heavier than I expected. It provides instant cooling even if you don’t put it in the freezer first, although this fades. Good compression, and it fits as expected.

Quality ,effective

This sleeve stiffens and wrinkles after only a few uses. Stays cold for only 10 - 15 minutes at best. Disappointed. And at $30 each, think twice before buying.
