I've been looking for this GraniteStone 5.5 inch egg pan for ages. Finally, it showed up as available as a single pan. Great cook wear pans are the GraniteStone pans. I almost ordered 2 of them but came to my senses (grins) don't need 2 of them. Highly recommended.

I dont mind if I have to quickly fry some ingredients for a recipe as pan is so easy and quick to wash, happy with my buy

Doesn't get as hot as I wish it would. Other than that a very well made pan. Eggs do not stick but you do have to loosen them up. Following instructions is apparently hard for most people.
