Low-carb bread that’s filling and easy to fit into a keto diet
I’ve been using this as part of a low-carb diet, and it works well as a bread substitute. Each slice is filling enough, and the multi-seeded flavour makes it more enjoyable than some other keto breads I’ve tried. It toasts nicely and is best used for sandwiches or topped with spreads rather than eaten on its own. The texture is dense, but that’s expected for low-carb bread and it still feels satisfying. The main downside is the cost, which is quite high compared to regular bread, and the loaf size is relatively small, so it doesn’t last very long if used daily. A solid keto-friendly bread option that helps with low-carb eating, but the price and portion size may be a drawback for regular use.

Best "ready to eat" keto/low carb bread you can get at amazon.
IMPORTANT!!! For those who never "tasted" keto diet, or low carb (whatever), those who never baked thier own keto/low carb bread, keep in mind, there is no acctual 1 to 1 bread replacement, everything you will find is just a substitute(fake), yes a substitute(fake), and this particular one is one the best you can find, not gonna lie, the best. If you're there, it means you not gonna bother to bake your own bread, that's ok, me niether, that's why I bothered to write this review for you guys. So there a two types of keto bread substitutes, I call them light & heavy weights, this one is light weight, in texture is similar to regular bread (seems to be a bit chewy/gummy on it's own, but you not gonna eat it on it's own, right? toppings will mask it), light slices, not too moist (perfect for toasting, it removes chewiness), small, but not too small, however I do recommend use a toothpick if you wanna load more stuff, and flavour is also not that bad (a bit bitter on its own, but again, you not gonna eat it on it's own, right?), and the comes the price, well... Well... considering the fact, that there is not much of a choice now, and you not gonna have it everyday, it is expensive, but acceptable if you consider it as a treat, not as everyday (routine) bread. 5 stars for quality and low carb content, however make sure to check expiry date, because sometimes, and yes it's amazons fault, they don't bother to check -.- , because many bad reviews comes form confused customers, whos bread was covered in mould or was about to expire in days...

A great alternative
4.5 stars for the taste, 3.5 for the texture. It tastes like yummy rich wholegrain seeded bread, which I love. The texture is fine. Non-wheat bread is never going to be a perfect replication of normal bread. But amongst the choices available to us, this one is very close. However, there’s a video of one person showcasing how crunchy it toasted up and I tried several times and it never got crunchy unless you burn it (no thank you carcinogenics & yuk) and even that’s only the outside. So as toast, it’s fine, just misses the crunchy feeling that makes me feel I’m actually having toast. For a sandwich - 4 slices make up a large full normal sandwich. Yes slices are small but I think of 2 as a cut-in-half normal sandwich and they’re each packed with protein too. The texture is a little rubbery but better than others I’ve tried. It’s also a little dry so it wasn’t great with just cheese, better with lashings of butter or mayo or some sauce. Yes it’s expensive compared to normal bread, but it’s cheap compared to most keto breads. I’ve lost 28kg on keto by sticking to whole foods and I weaned myself off bread/pasta and sweets a year ago. I don’t miss them (which is a craving, which is biologically an addiction) and that’s the goal to get to. So this is a once a month treat (along with non-malitol protein bars). Look up Konjac noodles too - helps for pasta style dishes. Whether you ‘need’ this to stick to your plan at the beginning of your journey, or fancy a change once you’re no longer craving bread anyway, this brand is a decent choice. I’m enjoying sandwiches again which I especially like to eat in the Summer.

Can you afford this ?
We low carbers are easy targets for food marketed as keto etc. This product is good quality and whilst a slightly odd texture delivers a savoury "bread" taste which i can live with. I found it best with strong flavours like cheese or marmite. The price is unquestionably prohibitive and will only ever be an occasional purchase for me. Interestingly the competition charge around £4 per loaf but charge £4 for delivery so the overall pricing is similar. Hmm I'm minded of historic price fixing incidences but maybe that's me.

All my loafs were undersold. They do not weight the advertised 364g.
I've had these before via Amo and direct according what offers are on. The recipe seems to have changed. The bread seems more airy like ordinary bread rather the heavy doughy seedy loaf I've had in the past. The old loafs were fine IMO. I liked the chewiness and it toasted well, which is how I usually ate it. I've not tasted the new version yet. The worst thing with my current order is that I found they are underselling. As the bread felt more squashy and airy, I weighed each of the 4 loafs with their wrappers, and also the empty wrapper from the one I opened. The heaviest was 370 with its wrapper, so 360 without the 10g wrapper. The others were 364, 367, 368. So they weighed 354, 357, 358 and 360 all underweight. Maybe I was unlucky and got the only 4 underweight loafs in the batch, but it seems unlikely. Only a few grams but if this is the case across their range, it's underselling, which is illegal in the UK. Sorry the pics are wonky.

Not what I expected
I was not optimistic but I was wrong. I love the taste and I’ve just enjoyed 2 slices with a poached egg on both. I prefer the seeded loaf as it’s much tastier and robust. I’m going to freeze the rest and defrost when I need to. It’s a game changer for me as I’m on a fasting/low carb diet and I feel much fuller after finally having some bread which is my Achilles heal to say the least. Yes, the slices are small and it is expensive but I’m very happy to be losing the weight and finally found a bread that is both tasty, robust and very low in carbs

Low carbohydrate
Good taste, took a bit of getting used to, small slices but I find 1 slice is enough at a time. Filling and lasts in the fridge. Only down side is the price. I get 1 loaf per month though.

Slices smaller than expected
It tastes fine but the slices are much smaller than you'd expect. The 2g carbs is a bit misleading when your need 2-3 slices for a normal portion (1 slice of regular bread). You can't beef a sandwich up with extra keto fillings when the surface area is so small.
