Listen. This Wahl Micro Groomsman? Incredible. Small, powerful, does the job. Nose hairs, ears, eyebrows, the whole situation. Gone. Clean. Beautiful. I used to have a problem. Big problem. People would look and think, “What’s going on there?” Not anymore. One AAA battery. Two heads. You switch them. Rotary for the nose and ears. Other one for the details. Very simple. Very smart. Wahl knows what they’re doing. A lot of these cheap little trimmers are garbage. They pull. They die. They break. This one? Works. Fast. No pulling. You rinse it and you’re done. I like that. Easy. And the price? Can’t be beat. You’re welcome by the way. You’re getting a real tool for almost nothing. I’ve seen a lot of grooming products. A lot. This is one of the best small ones out there, and they practically give it away. People are going to love it. They’re already loving it. Five stars. Highly recommend. Get it. You’ll look sharp. Believe me.

This was my third time buying this item. The first two times were more expensive by a little and didn't come with the extra nose trimmer attachment. I use these for nose hairs and also eyebrows. The little comb piece really does a good job there for me. The batteries last a long time. The first two had to be replaced because they are pretty easy to break if you drop them. In both previous cases they broke apart and I lost one of the blades. I think I did fix the first one but dropped it again and lost the blade. They are very useful for me. I'd definitely recommend to anyone that needs something like this to buy one. Just be careful when using them.

This trimmer will get the job done, but it feels cheaply built and I’m not sure how long it will last. It definitely is not representative of the quality of product that Wahl has a reputation for and it leads me to question if they have sold their brand to another manufacturer…?? I owned a hair salon in the 1980s through the early 2000s and Wahl was a top brand, so this is sad to see. However, it has 3 attachments and the price point is, well… low which may make it worth it overall. I have only used the round trimmer, so I will follow up with the other attachments and the durability in a future review.

I originally bought one of these in another country, and it lasted about a year before it quit working. Even so, I was so impressed with how well it performed that I decided to buy another one here. Unfortunately, the second one was nothing like the first. From the first or second use, it would frequently lock up while I was trimming. I could sometimes get it working again by adjusting the blade, but often I had to remove the blade entirely and stick something into the drive mechanism to free it up. It was frustrating to have to do that on such a new trimmer. After only 3–4 months, it stopped working altogether. I'm planning to buy one more because my first experience with this model was so good. I'm hoping I just received a defective unit this time, rather than this being a sign that the overall quality has declined.

I love this product. The price is great. It doesn't nick your skin and gets rids of the smallest hairs. I use this to remove the small hairs around the rim of my nose, without using the node trimmer attachment, and it does a fantastic job. If you travel with it be careful, because it's not the sturdiest product in the world and I broke one of them (after two years of use), but I'll take it over the other trimmers that cost three times as much and don't trimmer nearly as close. It is very precise and comfortable to use.

Works well and not painful. The battery life is good. Love all the different attachments. The price is great too!

I had one of these for a long time and it worked great I lost it on a trip so I just bought this one. This is slimmer than the one I used to have but it works great. It's a good brand good product. I like it.

Oct 2024 Update: I have to say that while I know Remington's version of something like this may be of the same quality ...be purchasing this one to replace an old one that broke years ago.... This one seems like it's more flimsy then the old one i had ... again NEW Remington's could end up being the same ... I cant speak on that until i try one. FOR THE RECORD .. being careful when i use this (@ so the plastic parts dont break prematurely) ... it's still working perfectly fine a few years later ... i legit forgot when i bought this but i know it's been awhile. I dont want to bump this up to 4 stars but 3 seems low ... maybe a 3.5 and a "meh ... it's ok ... certainly ok for the price" type thought now May 2023: I did not expect to do a review this soon, but while i cant tell if i just have bad luck with batteries or not, changing the batteries and how i grip the head (where the blade is) sometimes causes the head to fly apart and the little white piece that attaches the motor to the blade kept coming apart. I am not saying my OLD similar producted Remingtom trimmer was made great, but i had that for say 10 years at least and I may have even lightly dropped it a time or two and there was no issue until the motor died. I dont expect premium quality for this price, but this does seem flimsy ... at least it was cheap in price too April 2023: I still say that knowing what this is and the price point, i didnt expect premium quality but it still seems a little "flimsier" then my old Remington ever did but ... i mean it still works a-ok and i use it someone regularly since I bought this in 2019. It's never been dropped but reading other reviews i can see all the parts flying everywhere if dropped "just right" ... though as I said that hasn't happen to mine (yet?) -------------------------------------------------------- I purchased this to replace about a 10 year old Remington Trimmer who's little motor finally died ... I considered under models including a newer model of the same Remington Trimmer, but after seeing that got worse reviews on average than this one, I decided on this Wahl ... it's been a few months and while it works just the same as my old Remington, already (ordered delivered March 25, 2019, and it's June 12, 2019 now) i have had the head of the trimmer fly off when i went to use it .. I was lucky nothing broke and got it back together and it works still ... the problem in my case is that the head of the Remington has a little "lock" that keeps this sort of thing from happening ... the Wahl does not, and as I said the second half of the head came off and the little plastic piece that moves the blades went flying .... I think if there was a little plastic lock or something to keep this from happening, that would be great and it does trim as good as my old trimmer, but i never had to think about this happening with the old one.... I'd recommend this for the price and ... it's not bad, but it's far from perfect ... and for a little cheap, plastic trimmer, I am not overly picky.
