This a delicious coffee concentrate. It truly tastes like a chocolate brownie. It is amazing hot or iced. It is so easy and convenient.

Love their coffee! My favorite flavor is white chocolate mocha, followed closely by caramel. The coffee can be as strong or as light as you like, because you decide the amount of concentrate to add to your cup. Word of Warning: You can definitely receive more caffeine than you realize if you like your coffee strong like I do! All in all, it’s a great product, but definitely pricey. My husband and I are both retired and don’t frequent coffee houses often, so we don’t see any savings like the manufacturer touts.

I was so excited to try this product out as I had seen it promoted all over my Instagram for a month now.Packaging:When it came in I was honestly surprised it didn't break. It's a tiny glass bottle (tinier than I was expecting) and it was wrapped with two thin sheets of paper. The box itself looked like it was thrown a bit since it looked more curvy- either way it didn't break for me but I still think it should've been better packed especially since it was glass.The bottle itself had a protective seal which for me was most of the way sealed. There was just one tiny section in which wasn't sealed very well. It was closed off but it was evident from the slight stickiness around the cap that it leaked out a bit.Taste:I tried this right away when I got it. I didn't have milk at home so I tried it with water. I followed the instructions and everything but jeez was it strong. If you're a sweet coffee drinker this definitely isn't for you. Me personally, I can drink relatively strong coffee but even that was a little too strong for me and no matter how much I tried to change the ratio with the water it just didn't work out.I (just now) also tried it with milk as a base. It tasted much better. Not as strong. Not as pungent. Definitely recommend with milk. I saw some comments also saying it's better with creamer- I'm not a big creamer person so I didn't try it with that, but if you do order this, I'd say play around with it because it's pretty sharp. I will also say it didn't necessarily taste very caramelly? (I got the caramel creme brulee) but then again its a really out there flavor. It definitely has something there, like a burnt-ish after taste. Would I say creme brulee? No, not really. It does smell amazing though.Overall, can I finish the whole bottle? Yeah. Would I order it again? No, but it was a nice experiment.

I LOVE this stuff!!!!!! It is not sweet, but, if you put your TBS of javvy into a cup, add a little milk (maybe 1/4 C) or so of whatever you are using, add your sugar and put into the microwave for a 20 seconds or so and melt sugar... swirl it around till its smooth and not grainy... then add the rest of your milk or whatever to about 8 to 12 oz , than add the ice... Its rich so I go 12 oz of milk. 35 servings, for the money (I got mine on sale) but its EXCELLENT and worth it!! I haven't had it hot, so not sure there and Ive only tried Caramel Brulee, and I 100% recommend

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love the ease of making either hot or cold coffee quick. Flavors are great. I use just 1 tsp in about 12 oz of water other wise it's too strong for me. But that's the great thing about this, you can adjust to your strength preference.

I like this coffee concentrate. Although I don't taste the white chocolate at all it simply taste like coffee. There is no hint of sweetness or white chocolate but that's okay I can add that in. I like drinking this iced with my sugar free sweetner.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love the taste. No after taste. It’s super easy. Price is good. I love all the different flavors. I have tried a few different flavors. The brownie batter and the new cookie dough are my favorites.
