Handy electrolyte drink that tastes better than expected
Tried these mainly for hydration after long days, travelling and warmer weather, and they’ve been surprisingly good. The powder mixes easily with water without leaving loads of clumps at the bottom, and the flavour is much nicer than some electrolyte drinks I’ve tried before. They’re convenient to keep in a bag or take on holiday, to the gym or even after being out in the sun all day. I noticed they helped me feel more refreshed and less dehydrated, especially during hot weather. The sachets are individually packed which makes them easy to carry around, and they don’t take up much space. Sweetness level is reasonable and not overly artificial tasting. Overall, a handy hydration drink mix that’s easy to use and good value if you regularly need electrolytes

Tasty, reasonably priced and effective
These are great. The flavor is good, though a bit tart for my taste. But compared to many other electrolyte mixes that go crazy on the sweetener, these are perfect. And the rehydration is effective. The ingredients list is simple but I wish they hadn’t included the B vitamin in the formulation. That’s really my only complaint. They came packaged in a resealable bag with 15 individual sachets. So it’s perfect for on the go. Would definitely purchase again!

Information on using the product
Make sure you don't fill your water bottle all the way to the top or the powder will fizz up causing it to not mixable anymore as the powder wall fall off. It tastes great and it's easy to use, I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to go to gym

These sachets are so handy. I keep them at home for times of sickness or dehydration & they’ve been really helpful. They taste lovely, dissolve easily & are also perfect if you struggle to drink enough water during the day due to a busy schedule or feeling unwell. Really convenient and effective & I’ll definitely keep buying them.
