Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix - Make Corn Bread Quick and Easy, 240 g (6-Pack)

My whole family loves these corn muffins. I have tried repeatedly to replicate the quality from scratch, but I just can not get it right. The ones from scratch are nice, but nowhere near as nice as these. The texture is so much better with the Jiffy muffins.These are also much easier ot make. No weighing or measuring. Just dump the ingredients in a bowl, give it a quick stir , pour into a pan and bake. Start to finish takes about 15 minutes, and it really adds a special touch to things like stew, chilli, or even a roast dinner.

Easy to use. The texture is grainy but that's corn flour, I let the mix sit for an hour in the fidge before baking and they come out just how I like them.

Tastes great and just as my husband remembers, but on checking the ingredients saw that it has genetically modified ingredients so had to throw the remaining boxes out :-( Shame.
