Anthony's Organic Strawberry Powder, 12 oz, Freeze Dried, Gluten Free, No Sugar Added, Non GMOUSDA Organic

I absolutely love this strawberry powder and buy a lot from this brand! Super tasty to flavor food like frosting baked goods or drinks like milk. I make strawberry milk for my daughter with this and a tiny bit of maple syrup. You can add dragon fruit powder for it to be more pink but it’s a nice light pink without it. Great quality and value you get a decent amount since it’s organic. You can use it for baking but need to use a a lot for flavor, and it doesn’t come out bright pink. I add their dragon fruit powder for baking. Good texture I use a hand held frother and blend it in drinks, and it’s easy to just pour with a scooper. I also use it in electrolyte powder.

I needed something to add to my sister's water bc she hates it plain but I didn't want to buy flavor packs bc they're so sweet. I settled on this and wow was it a good buy. I just mix some with water and it tastes vaguely like strawberries (I really only use a tiny bit). That is enough to satisfy my sister so it's good!

I used to this to make a strawberry wedding cake and, WOW! The taste was unbelievable, great quality, easy to use. The ingredients were simple and that’s what made me buy it. And that it is non gmo..low sugar content. Great value for the money! I was asked for my business card 4 times at this wedding because of this cake!

OK... I enjoy all of Anthony's products so when I saw strawberry powder, I had to try it out. I use it in my post work-out drink. I also add a bit of natural cocoa powder to the drink because who doesn't like strawberries dipped in chocolate... right?!! Anyway, the powder mixes easily which is great. It arrived on time and undamaged. To avoid clumping, I store the unused portion with those little gel packs.

Nice. Would like a bit more flavor, but maybe this is just what freeze-dried tastes like.

It tastes like actual strawberries as it is powder from freeze dried strawberries. There are no added sugars making it an awesome additive- not only to cake but also to smoothies, plain yogurt or milk if you'd like to take strawberry milk!A staple if you want to explore stuff.Definitely recommend it and a good buy.Do not be put off by the clumping- a little press on the sides and the clumps are powder again.It also comes in a ziploc so you can seal in the freshness.
