This product is amazing at pulling dirt and grime and excess sebum out of your pores. In the picture you can literally see where my pores are as it’s sucking the oil and junk out. My face felt so clean and soft after and my texture got smoother then before. I recommend! I also gave combination skin and the I was nervous on my less oily parts of my face that they would feel dry but they didn’t. I felt like I was glowing when I washed it off. Application was easy but you kind of have to work quickly because it starts drying fast. I bought the tool from Medicube which made it easy, it might be hard with fingers.

I tried it once it was delivered, and loved it. I have sensitive skin and break out pretty easily and medicube is the only brand that doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I wish I took a before picture because after using it this one time my black heads were not as dark and almost all gone. My skin felt smoother and moisturized, my face wasn’t red after either! I just washed it off in the shower it came off pretty easily. I left it on for 10-15 minutes but the box says 5 minutes. I’m definitely going to add pictures with an update after a few more uses.

Really my can't say enough good things about Medicube products. They have saved my skin. This mask pulls the blackheads up to the surface so you can scrub them away. It's gross and awesome all at once lol I do it once a week at least to keep my skin feeling fresh and pores less gunked up! It is easy to apply too for people who hate to fight a thick clumsy mask. Wipes off nice and easy with some warm water and not a ton of scrubbing.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have been using this product religiously since purchased to see if it would make a difference in my skincare routine. I am fairly picky about what I introduce as I have sensitive skin and sometimes it feels like my skin will breakout just to spite me! For background, I just moved from Massachusetts (cold, dry air) to Florida (hot, humid air), and my skin isn’t taking it too well. The water quality is very different, and my pores are paying the price. They seem to have doubled in size now that I’m reapplying sunscreen (although, I’ve always worn it— here’s your sign to make sure you wear sunscreen every day!). I’m pretty stressed too, so this product was up against a LOT. I used it in combination with cosRX’s Poreless Power Liquid: another product people swear by for shrinking pore size. I love cosRX so that was a no brainer for me, but I chose to go with this mask because it was another clean Korean brand with great reviews. After using it for a few weeks, I can honestly say that I don’t think it did much for my pores. My pores shrunk a little bit, but I am also getting used to the change in environment. What I can vouch for is how soft my skin is after using this product and how great the smell and consistency is. I have used a LOT of facemasks and have worked in medical aesthetics. The smell of this is incredibly pleasant and rivals professional products. It does not smell like chemicals, nor is it overly perfumed. I feel comfortable putting this on my skin. After washing it off, your skin will be soft and smooth for at least a few more hours. Because I’ve only been using it for a few weeks, I am not sure about the long term use. I will definitely keep using this as a staple in my routine. I like to put it on before I shower and wash my hair while it dries. For me, twice a week is the perfect amount to help my skin soften and shrink my pores at least a little bit. It remains to be seen whether I’ll get the results I was really looking for, but this is still a great product. I recommend picking it up. Just don’t expect to have nonexistent pores right away! Value for money: This is a large product, and you don’t require more than a quarter sized amount. I use it twice a week. This will easily last you three to four months if using on a regular basis. Skin softness: While the desired effect is smaller pores, soft skin is a great side effect! Glow: I did not notice any glow while using this product. Stickiness: The consistency of this product is great. It is not sticky at all and washes off your fingers very easily. If concerned, purchase a dual ended scrub brush— one side to scrub your pores gently and one side to put on your mask.

So for anyone who wondered about wanting to get but same time not too because of sensitive skin and other people say it tighting the pores.. and blah blah blah. The hype all about it over social media. I have sensitive skin REALLY bad sensitive skin I can't even use basic items with strong perfumes, or heavy chemicals because of my skin. But this mask itself is wonderful!! It will tighten!! You will feel it when it dries on your face. And can immediately notice the difference after first use. But having this have as a long term item to used for your face i really wouldn't recommend. As it can disrupt your skin's natural moisture barrier. This can trigger a rebound effect where your skin produces more oil to compensate. It clears out the visible surface of the pore (a great quick fix), but it does not treat the root hormonal or genetic causes of sebum overproduction or pore size. And if want to used it long term then use it about 1 to 2 times per week. And I repeat despite people saying you can leave it on for longer than 5 mintues DO NOT.. leave it on longer then it said on the bottle which is 3 to 5 minutes until dry. Overrall after use if sensitive skin like me it well you really red after used and well feel it kinda burn which normal. But if noticing itching, or swelling or any signs you may be allergic take it off immediately

I just used the SEMA Sonic dermoplaning system tool to remove dead skin and facial hair, I found several blackheads that weren't very visible before. I ordered this medicube 04 blackhead mud mask and it worked really well! It removed most of the blackheads, except a couple really large pores that I'll use the mask a few times more to reduce the impurities and pore size, because I can tell this really works. I highly recommend it. I made the mistake of trying to apply the mask on damp skin, after cleansing, and used more than I would have needed if I'd waited for my skin to dry. It did not dry my face out, so it isn't drying but I don't know how well it's moisturizing. I used medicubes collagen night wrapping mask about 30 minutes after and went to bed. I got these together with a spatula on sale for 35% off. I love them both. I'm 51 years old and my pores have gotten a bit larger as I never had blackheads before so I looked into this and this brand has the best ratings. I wanted to give my own review after using both and I will be buying at least a mud mask again. I already use skin ceuticals moisturizing products and they are absolutely wonderful so I might just stick to the medicube gel masks which I love. It was easy to remove with a damp cloth. Not so easy with just my hands and lukewarm water. It's a lightweight mask and I used more than necessary when trying to put over damp skin so I don't recommend doing this in the shower. I didn't notice any fragrance which is great! I'm attaching photos of my skin before using the mud mask and collagen mask but after using my new dermaplaning tool first, full face and then each side then I'll post photos of my skin after using both the mud mask and collagen masks full face and then each side again.

This product is the only mud mask I have that actually works: it exfoliates pores quickly and doesn’t over dry the skin. The mask only needs 5-10 min to work and feels restorative, not drying. Will buy again.

I ordered all three products because I have problems with pores, and I can honestly say I’m really impressed with the results. I started noticing a difference after just the second or third use, which surprised me in a good way. The cream itself smells amazing and feels very fresh on the skin. Love this mud mask, it’s easy to apply and dries relatively quickly and leaves the skin feeling super clean and fresh. In my experience there has been no irritation to skin. Washes off easily and doesn’t leave any staining to the skin.
