I am a fully qualified massage therapist and I suffer badly with a stiff neck and headaches.. I have used many electrical massagers but never did they feel any thing like hands but blimey this is AMAZING,this has been made with great thought and does it work or what?you bet..First,it gives a very deep massage, kneading those very areas that can't be difficult..Gets to the root at your skull base and eases.the neck completely...The heat is not too hot but lovely and warm and that just increases the blood supply and relaxes you more..You have three levels of speed and also does forward movement and reverse,you can choose or leave it and it will forward and reverse it's self,it cuts off it's self if left on.I am totally amazed with this brilliant massager and now I get a proper relaxing massage.Can be used elsewhere on your body.I used this on my left side (bowel area) as I suffer with i.b.s and this really helped to sooth that area and helped with trapped wind.This gives a deep massage so may not suit everyone but if you feel it is too hard then you could put a towel on your neck.I would not recommend on bare skin as with the heat and the deep rotation it could make your skin sore.It takes time to get used to the feeling of this massager,i felt it as a deep massage should be but this may not suit everbody, for me it's PERFECT,I could not be without this now..Please note...When you have finished your massage,a drink of plain water should be taken,this helps the lactic acid/urea (released due to massage) pass out through passing the urine so its very important to have water afterwards..PLEASE NOTE,IT COMES WITH A TWO PIN PLUG!! So you need to buy a adapter(two PIN plugs into a three PIN adaptor)They are very cheap..

I’ve used this a few times and conclude that that how you use it makes a difference. Pull the loops hard and the massager will be robust in its work. Ease the pull and the impact can be more gentle. I'm pleased with the device which seems to be well made and effective.

this has saved me many times! ive had since the beginning of december 2024, its now 2nd of feb 2025 and although it aint been long, it still works perfectly. the massage works great, you’ve just got to position yourself in the way you want to get it perfectly. which can be a bit hard sometimes but its worth the effort! i’ve even massaged my lower back with this and its helped lol. the massager is a tad heavy but it helps with the positioning if im gonna be honest. you can pull the straps easily. the heat setting works nicely. i always have it on when i use it, its great. all in all, i would 100% recommend this massager. good value for money.

Pleasantly surprised at how good this massager is, especially for the cost. It feels as though you are being massaged by a person not a machine. Deep massage & I also like the heat function. Very easy to use and comfortable to sit with.

Been using this practically every day for about 3 weeks and haven't had any issues so far with it. I chose this one over others because it looked well made, and it is. Took a while to get used to it like any new products, but it's very simple to use. The handles gives extra support and you are able to position it where you want. I find the convenience of using it when I want, encourages me to use it. I also took out 2 year warranty for approximately £3 which gives me peace of mind. Definitely recommend, if like me, you suffer from neck and shoulder pain.

The product is good but there is no heat in the massager the heat option is useless

This massager feels heavy at first but it is effective at getting to the knots in neck and back muscles. The heat option is also helpful. I have a stiff neck but use of this made it easier for me to turn my head. At Black Friday price I am very happy with it.

I previously had one similar to this, it lasted me years and really helped, I bought this as a replacement as I couldn't find the previous one I had but was very disappointed with this one, this is not effective at all and hasn't provided any pain relief. I keep trying to give it a chance but it doesn't help, with the few times I have used it there is already pull in the material covering the massager pieces (circled yellow in the photo). This is what eventually happened with my last one - after YEARS of use but ultimately was why I needed a replacement. It really needs more of the outside material where I have circled red in the photo to be able to hold it into place when using it as when you try and place it it just slips sideways when you turn it on, you cannot control where it massages unless you hold the top of it which restricts where you can use it (not on your own back). To use this on your back you put your hands through the holes of the arm pieces, the harder you press it on yourself the more pressure it massages you with but like I said, it just ends up slipping to its side whether you prefer less pressure or more. This was a waste of money unfortunately, I would advise spending a bit more on one, looking out for what I have said about more material on the outside to be able to guide it where you want.
