Slightly slow delivery and great packaging. I love this tile and it looks as pictured. Its heavier than most wall tile and chose a contractor with skills and tools, applying is like a puzzle. Thanks to Customer Service my large order, which was coming from different states, came secured in a timely delivery, THANKS. I highly recommend this tile if you're looking for quality, something you can't find in local stores and worth more the low cost.

Beautiful in person. I didn't realize it was dark blue so I used black grout to darken it up. It is very versatile; I used it on a bathroom countertop and the remainder on my fireplace. This tile looks very expensive and adds flair to any space.

I can endorse this tile without any reservations. I had 40 square feet of it installed by a professional, and even he was commenting on how pretty it was. He gave a little chuckle and said, "It's not Home Depot, is it?" and then asked me where to buy it. He was actually really proud and pleased with the result. I think that's pretty high praise from a guy who installs every kind of tile day after day. For the sake of your sanity, I urge you to buy it here at Amazon. Yes, you can save money if you buy it on the Hominter site, but then you have to deal with their customer service in China, which is to say, you can't deal with them. They have absolutely no phone number you can call. Email is your only option, and they send cheery AI-generated messages instead of providing tracking information or answering questions. Every box that I bought on Amazon arrived within a week in perfect condition because they are already in this country. Two 11-piece boxes I ordered on the Hominter site still haven't come, and it's four months later. Then, they sent me three boxes of 6 tiles that I didn't order, (HUH?) and although I could have kept it legally, I just drove those to UPS today out of the goodness of my heart to be returned at Hominter's expense. They politely ignored my emails about the two missing boxes, so I finally had to bring a PayPal case for $481. Do you think I lost sleep over that one? I won, but even that dragged on for three weeks because Hominter wouldn't talk to anyone. So, Amazon for the win!Having given that caution, the tile is beautiful and functional. In case you didn't know, the colors and patterns are stamped on the underside of the tile. The side facing your kitchen is just a plain old clear glass tile. Even the rose gold/copper and silver look are just plain glass tile with a metal pattern on the backs, so there will never be a need to polish it, and there's no tarnishing. Once the tile is mounted and grouted, the design can't be damaged. I would caution that if you have to do a lot of cutting in smaller areas, you may want to order an extra 20% of tile instead of the usual 10%. I had a hunch we might need it, and we did since the installer had to piece a lot between the cabinets and a window. I used a deep blue-grey for the grout, and the effect is stunning! Also, as I inferred earlier, the rose gold in this could equally be called copper. I have copper handles on my cabinets, and they match perfectly. This tile wasn't a frugal choice, but it seemed a shame to go to the trouble and expense of remodeling a kitchen only to cheap it out on the tile. Now I have a kitchen that gives me joy every day.I received no compensation for this review.
