Don't buy from this seller !!!!!!
The box it came it was a little small for the laptop - it had to be sqweezed in - the box looked like it had been used before ! It was wrapped in air filled plastic to absorb shocks / hits. I plugged the laptop in with the included charger but couldn't find any indication that it was charging ? I gave it 4-5 hours to get some 'juice' in and tried to start the computer - but nothing happened . ZERO. I pluggewd the charger back in and left it overnight. The next morning I tried to turn it on - again nothing.

Adoptive Chromebook lol
Ah, the refurbished Chromebook—proof that everyone (and everything) deserves a second chance. I adopted my refurbished Chromebook the way one might adopt a mildly scruffy rescue cat: with hope, skepticism, and the nagging fear that it might crash on me in the middle of a Zoom call. But like any underdog (or under-laptop?), it surprised me—in ways both heartwarming and hilarious. First Impressions: It arrived in a nondescript cardboard box, like it was trying to keep a low profile. Understandable. No flashy Apple-esque unboxing experience here. Just a device, a charger, and a sticker that whispered, “I’ve seen some things.” There were a few cosmetic scuffs—nothing offensive, just the kind of patina you get from battling life in a middle school backpack or being mistaken for a dinner tray once or twice. It booted up quickly, which was frankly more than I expected. Chrome OS popped up with a cheery “Welcome!” and I thought, Wow, me too, buddy. Performance: Let’s be honest: this isn’t a powerhouse. It’s not editing 4K video or rendering 3D dragons in a fantasy game. But for everyday use—Google Docs, email, streaming, and the occasional existential scroll through Reddit—it’s surprisingly competent. Tabs? Sure, open a few. Just… don’t go wild. This thing treats five Chrome tabs like it's trying to juggle flaming chainsaws. Open Spotify and Google Sheets at the same time and you can almost hear it sigh. That said, it does work. It’s like that reliable coworker who’s not flashy but never calls in sick. The fan barely makes a sound (possibly because it doesn't exist), the keyboard still has clicky charm, and the battery lasts longer than my attention span. Win-win. Quirks & Character: Refurbished tech always has a little mystery. Mine occasionally refuses to connect to Wi-Fi just to keep me humble. Once, it restarted during a video call for reasons known only to the ghost of its previous owner. I call those moments “Chromespirations” — a spiritual reboot, if you will. Also: the screen is definitely HD-ish. Not retina-searing, but perfectly fine unless you’re a pixel-snob. For casual streaming and YouTube rabbit holes, it’s perfectly serviceable. Value for Money: This Chromebook cost me less than a night out. For the price of two pizzas and a questionable Uber ride, I got a fully functioning machine that lets me write, browse, and procrastinate like a pro. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable—like buying a slightly used Toyota instead of a new sports car you’ll cry over when you scratch. Final Verdict: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly device that can handle the basics, a refurbished Chromebook is a glorious little gamble that often pays off. Mine may not be the tech equivalent of a luxury yacht, but it’s a sturdy canoe that gets me where I need to go—with only occasional squeaks. Rating: 4 out of 5 stars (-1 star for not a lot of storage and emotionally unstable Wi-Fi, +100 points for character and affordability.)

love this
Okay, I may be too early to review because I just got this on today but I gotta say I am impressed. From looking at some reviews and listening to some friends buying a renewed laptop was scary but I gotta say this one is perfect. I have no complaints. It came looking brand new and 100% charged. The camera works, the internet works and no scratches or anything. I love it. I hope my mind doesn't change but I am happy I bought this laptop. I needed one after my other one broke. I run a business out of my home and needed one and the cost of this lap top was worth it. The size is perfect. I will never again pay hundreds for a laptop. This laptop works just as well as a brand new one.

It was refurbished, but the power cord is replaceable, but I think it was a bad power cord.
The laptop its self, it great. The charging power cord broke after 2 days.
