I wanted something that would help turn my favorite bra into a push-up bra, so I didn’t always have to choose between comfort and sexy push-up style. These inserts are perfect, and work like a charm. What I Like: 🙂 Easy to use; just peel and stick. I no longer have to decide between comfort and push-up. 🙂 I can easily transform my super comfy, unlined bra into a push-up bra. 🙂 Gives a nice boost to my cup size, almost a full cup. 🙂 Stays in place because of the double-sided adhesive. 🙂 If I use these in my padded push up bra it adds 2 cup sizes What I Didn’t Like: 😟 The adhesive did hurt a little when removing, it stuck a little too tightly to the delicate skin of my nipple. I think I may put a piece of ribbon (or a dab of lotion) on that area next time I use these. Overall, I am happy with the quality and design of these inserts. They even help me have fabulous cleavage when I am wearing my lace bra. 😊

This item is not worth its money. Says they are sweat resistant and they weren’t. Also after a hour or so of wearing them they started to stink of rotten fish
