Easy to connect and works well

My original samsung TV remote control broke. So I order a different one it was worthless, didn't work at all the bottoms wore so hard and was not functioning as it should. I order this one it is as exactly as my original remote control and it does works "GREAT" I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Thanks.

The remote didn’t work correctly from day one! The buttons seemed difficult to completely push down, and I thought it might break in and start working. After about 6 wwwks, the remote completely stopped working. I was outside the Amazon return window, and Amazon directed me to a web page for support, which was actually the remotes Amazon page to repurchase I would not recommend this product, as it appears that their is no way to contact the manufacturer for support.

This isn’t a major issue, but it’s something to be aware of for optimal performance. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient remote that enhances my TV-watching experience.

A little pricey, but it didn't disappoint. It paired immediately with my Samsung TV. It is responsive, and is rechargeable. I am happy with it.

I tried four of these because the ad said works on just about all LG tv's. After I returned 2 I was seeing that some had models listed, and my series is one of them. With that I banged my head on the wall until I found the exact model and series. Worked as described. It really does have some great features.Only problem is with LG personnel. One guy said this model of theirs has no Magic Remote.LG is full of greed. Why would you not get the full features rather than a cheap $8 control with a 70in screen? In my book, LG is a brand I would stay away from.What do I do when and if it needs attention!!Overall everything is okay now. Amazon was great with the returns too.

From day 1 it said low battery. We tried the solar charge (literally placing it in a direct sun window allll day) as well as the USB Charger and it never charged. The first one we bought was perfect, but my naughty Cane Corso thought it was too tasty to not chew up (similar to the manufacturer remote causing me to need to buy the first replacement).Not sure if it is just a faulty remote because it isn't charging and now it's completely dead. $60 down the drain. If I'm going to spend that kind of money, I'll just buy ot straight from Samsung where I KNOW they'll have troubleshooting support (and an accessible way to contact them) and they will replace the faulty items.First one was great. This one has been a few months of nightmare.EDIT--- customer care did reach out to me.to resolve the issue.Thank you.
