This definitely improved my posture. Sitting at a desk for 10 hours a day put me into some bad habits. This did the trick. I wore it over a very thin tee shirt to avoid chafing. It is too bulky to wear under a fitted shirt, so I wore it under a loose cardigan which looked fine and was barely noticeable. Overall good product for the price. I got the larger one. As a female I am a size 14-16 shirt/jacket size and a 40 bra band. This seemed just right.

This is actually the second style of posture corrective device I’ve purchased and I’m much more pleased with this one. It’s much easier to put on then the Velcro styles unassisted and it’s painless to wear. Even though there is no pain in wearing it, while I am wearing it, I can feel the pull of my shoulders up and back and when I take it off there’s a definite improvement. I love this and definitely recommend to anyone!!

It worked just ok, decided to return as I did not see myself wearing it regularly given how it felt on.

I have several posture braces. The velcro type, spandex type, and now this. This is the only one I wear on a daily basis.Granted it doesnt hide under the clothes as well as the others because of the big foam pads, but the elastic pull actually corrects my posture and the foam pads keep my armpits from getting sore.Can't have everything I suppose, style and functionality and comfort, Im glad to give up style over the other two.

Great product if you use it regularly. Choosing the right size is important to have right tension the the band, and upon wearing for sometime it tends to pull shoulders back and there by improving your posture. .
