I've bought this flavor (maple) and sometimes the carbs are alternatively listed as 13 and 14. Has the formulation changed? Whats the # of carbs?

What is going on with these bars? I ordered a week or so ago and could only buy 1 box. Now the price has jumped 50%. Was $13/box now ~$21/box!
