Perfect cabinet
I just finished putting this together, by myself, it did take me about 6 hours to put together. However, the directions were very good and easy to follow. The box is very heavy to lift to get from outside to inside and there is a LOT of pieces. Definitely need a hand drill. The finished product was definitely worth the labor. it’s SO cute and looks great in my kitchen; I can fit a lot in it. It seems like good quality so far. I can’t wait to use it.

This pantry holds a LOT of stuff!
I'm very pleased with my new kitchen pantry cabinet. I just moved to a new place with a large kitchen and lots of cabinet room, including a huge 14-section built-in pantry cabinet my brother built; however, I wanted my own overflow pantry cabinet because there will be four adults living here, and we have to share the kitchen space. And since I'm a compulsive buyer and like to have a fully stocked kitchen, I didn't want anybody complaining about how much space I was taking up with my dried and canned foods. We have extra space off from the kitchen that's not being used (and isn't part of the dining room), so I thought a free-standing cabinet would be perfect since we have this extra space. This pantry holds a lot more stuff than I was expecting it to, which I'm very happy about. It looks nice too.I was a little worried that a DYI ready to assemble cabinet might look kind of tacky, but not this one. I didn't want to offend my brother and housemates with a cheap-looking pantry cabinet after my brother just spent months doing a wonderful job renovating this house we just moved into. I do have one word of warning, however. I had my brother, a professional finish carpenter, assemble the cabinet for me, and it took him about 6 hours to complete. The box weighed over 100 lbs, and there were a gazillion parts. I was quite astonished that it took so long to assemble, as he's very good at his craft, and I'm always amazed by how fast he gets things done as I've seen him build many kitchens and bathrooms, including cabinetry he made himself. I'll admit, I never could have assembled this pantry myself, and even one of our male housemates, who's considering buying one of these pantry cabinets for himself, said he never could have done it either. So, there is some work involved that requires time and patience (and someone who is good with reading instructions). That said, I'm very pleased with the finished product.

If you plan on assembling this by yourself, PLEASE READ THIS
Overall I do like this cabinet. I’d really give it 4 1/2 stars. But a bit of a challenge doing it alone.First of all, do yourself a favor and get a power screwdriver. Amazon’s is simple to use, charges easy, lasts long and is around $20-25, depending on the day. It will shave off at least an hour from the assembly. If you follow the directions, it’s just pictures, you’ll be ok. Just lay out the prices exactly how they are in the directions. And have your glasses handy. But when it comes to the part of putting the big top part on the smaller bottom part (page 33) STOP!!! Unless you have eyeballs in your kneecaps and are able to grow another set of arms, there is absolutely no way you can do this SOLO. I nearly wrecked the whole thing, but managed to only do minimal damage, but had to glue the screw pegs (#1’s) in with glue to reinforce them. Let that set overnight and finished the next morning. So as I sat pondering my near blunder, aside of calling for help from someone and disturbing their late Saturday afternoon, I knew I could come up with a solution. And I did. It’s obviously much easier to put the smaller bottom portion on top of the bigger top portion. Now this means everything is now upside down. But again, just a little brain power, and forethought, it worked. You may ask ‘how do you keep the back panel from sliding out??’ Painters tape. Worked beautifully.**I did not add the shelves to the inside of the doors yet here, though. I didn’t want the extra weight to hinder getting it right side up. I added those after it was in its final location in my office.**Then, when it was time to VERY CAREFULLY rotate it right side up, I moved the painters tape to the doors to help secure them. Do NOT just give a mighty heave-ho to rotate it. The two sections are just held together with the posts and pegs. First, holding the current top and supporting the midsection, gently lay it down on the long side very carefully . Then, lift it upright, very carefully, supporting the top and midsection of the cabinet. Now you can finish the assembly according to the directions. I also suggest assembling it very close to where you intend to use it. And use your leg to push it along, pushing with your hand from the midpoint. If you push from the top, there’s a good chance you’ll just push to top part right off the bottom.I know, it sounds like a lot, but….Overall I do suggest recruiting the help of another set of hand and eyes to help put this together. But if you’re like me and can’t always depend on someone else being there to assist, please read this over and over again along with the directions. I would also suggest saving the wine for AFTER you’re done. I did this sober and it was a challenge. Can’t imagine doing it with a buzz on. There’s a time and a place, and this is not it.All that being said, I think I may actually get another one for the other side of my desk. It is pretty and definitely has a lot of storage space. Plus I don’t have any kids who are going to constantly be in and out of it looking for snacks, it’s just extra storage space in my office.Good luck!!

Amazing Customer Service
I absolutely love this pantry! It’s got a good amount of weight to it so it feels super sturdy. You can mount it to the wall as well but I just put all my heavy items on the bottom so I’m not worried at all about it tipping over. It fits all my stuff and I love the spice racks in the top cabinets. When the pantry was delivered, one of the bottom cabinet doors was cracked. I contacted the seller, who responded immediately and had a replacement cabinet door in the mail the next day. I am super happy and I would re-purchase from this seller again!
