This is a great entry doormat. It protects my new wood floors at the entryway. The cats like scratching on it too. So it does double duty at our house. It's a good size absorbs the dirt that comes in from the outside does not shed slides around a little bit on the floor. You may need to use some kind of a grip fabric underneath it. Does not have an odor and the color has stayed well for almost a year.

Awesome rug! We bought the 3ftx10ft charcoal colored rug. It fit our area perfectly and absorbs all the dirt/water that we want it to. We were shocked with how comfortable it is - it's very well cushioned, great on the feet! Well worth the money and would buy again if needed, but I can tell this bad boy is going to be around for a long time.

This rug works well and looks good. The nap on it is soft, thick and it keeps my foyer dry. No more fussing about the wood floors getting wet or muddy. We've used this rug 2 weeks, vacuumed this week. Cleanup is EASY! I am happy I bought this. My wood floors are protected. The rug absorbs drafts and my foyer is warmer and is tidy. Best purchase I've made!! My pup walks into and out of our home. I dry his paws knowing far less debris is making its way into our home. This rug absorbs water, snow and salt. Caring for it is easy too. If you are on the fence BUY IT!!

These rugs are probably meant for commercial / business / office use, but I put one inside my front door because the nice, pretty, larger rug we have there, over our hardwood floors, got dirty from the shoes when we come in. So I put this rug on top of the part of the nice rug that is just inside the door (after we scrubbed the nice one clean on the driveway and let it dry) and we wipe our feet well when we come in. It is worth it to me to put up with the clunky look in order to keep the dirt and pollution / pesticides etc from tracking around the house. I have a powerful cordless vacuum in the front closet and it takes me 30 seconds a day to vacuum this rug, which I do again in an effort to keep our shoes and house clean. One reviewer mentioned that these rugs are good at catching dirt, but not good at drying off the soles. We live in LA and typically have no rain, but lately with the wet weather I just put down a towel on the side and we take our shoes off if wet and leave them on the towel, which of course is easily tossed in the wash. So I am happy with the rug since it will keep the dirt off our good rug and from tracking through the house. I dinged a star as it is not a good value. I saw similar rugs at the big box store, only slightly smaller, for a fraction of the price. Hence my heading: if you need a bigger one, you need it, so prepare to pay up. I wanted to be able to get to the alarm pad while still on the rug.

I was a bit apprehensive when I ordered this carpet, as I was worried that the new carpet would move around, and slide when persons were walking in from the outside into the house, but after placing the new carpet on the floor, my worries were set a side. This carpet remains where put, has stood up to the abuse of three dogs and several persons daily walking on it. Plus it looks good. Well constructed, holds its color and fits perfectly. It is able to be vacuumed easily. Definitely worth it's price. I would highly recommend it.

This is the 2nd one we purchased the first one lasted many years but the red was starting to fade due to too much sun exposure. We keep it at the front of our store and it helps to keep out dirt and water.

Great for the high traffic, big dog home

Very durable rug - with 3 dogs in the house we need a durable porch rug and I have no complaints - I maybe should have got a larger one so I might get another one.
