I recently purchased a UV filter for my aquarium, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Within just three days, the water went from cloudy to crystal clear. It was incredible to see how quickly and effectively it worked. My fish seem healthier, and the overall appearance of the tank is much more vibrant now. The setup was straightforward, and the filter runs quietly, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend this UV filter to anyone struggling with cloudy water or algae issues—it's a total game changer!

Better than expected. Works great powerful air stream and cleans well.

I had a previous version of this and bought a second so called improved. The UV light is difficult to get in place, the bottom of it, which you are blindly putting in, and has to be exactly in the right spot. The sponge filter will need regular cleaning so clumsiness of this is a regular inconvenience. The friction fit of the top to the bottom means you will need to carefully arrange this in the tank or the bottom could fall off? The inlet for the air hose is again a friction fit, and so loose it does not stay in place. And lastly, the air hose they provided is so flimsy it's got kinks, and pinches in it even from shipping. It was frustrating to put together so from an ongoing maintenance point of view it's just not usable IMHO.

Did exactly what I needed it to. The tank went into a bloom while we were away and the house sitter wasn’t knowledgeable enough to deal with it. We got home on a Monday, this was delivered Wednesday and by Saturday with 1 25% water change it was crystal clear again. Now it’s off and ready for the next battle

Bought this to replace a failed filter in my turtle tank. I wished I bought it sooner. It filters the water so much more than the old one. The ability to aerate the tank along with the UV light is a tremendous improvement over the old filter. The tank stays so much cleaner and clear now.
