Whitening + Anticavity Fluoride Mouthwash 16.9 fl. oz. with Zero Alcohol, Dye Free, Gentle Mint (Pack of 2)

Our dentist swears by ACT so when I wanted to add a whitening mouthwash because of my increased coffee intake, I went with ACT. It works, in a few days, my teeth are definitely whiter and my teeth are sensitive due to Invisalign but this doesn’t bother me at all

It definitely takes some getting used to because of the Hydrogen peroxide, but the foaming is letting me know it's working. It doesn't have a bad taste, doesn't have a taste at all, and you only need a small amount of it. I cannot tell yet about the whitening part but I like how it helps my teeth and gums.

Freshens breath and whitens teeth!

This is the first time using a whitening mouth. I liked the idea that it had no alcohol in it. When I used it the first time it formed up it my mouth a lot and THE BURN was really bad. I could only leave it in my mouth for about 15 seconds. 🥵 I think it whitened my teeth just a tad. I'm going to keep using it but I think I'll dilute it with a little water. The flavor was really nice, no medicine taste, very pleasant. I will be ordering more. I'd recommend this product.

Been using for 5 yrs but couldn't find it in stores anymore. My new very observant dentist couldn't tell I smoked, by smell or look. It's very strong peroxide, so I cut the formula exactly in half with bottled water. I brush AFTER swishing to work it in and get rid of that "foamy slime" feel. Rinse and gargle well with water afterwards. I didn't use it once and I had the nastiest mouth like I didn't brush at all, such a huge difference in overall mouth hygiene.

The product is fine as a rinse, but it's listed as a fluoride mouthwash. It doesn't contain fluoride per the ingredient list. So if you want a fluoride rinse, this isn't it. OOPS! Please disregard my inaccurate statement. I was reading the ingredient list at the bottom of the label, but that was for Inactive Ingredients. It does contain fluoride. I doubt I'll purchase it again, however, because it has an odd texture unlike all the other ACT products I've used.

It was good and helped with my teeth, but not good-tasting.

My dentist uses this - he has me rinse my mouth for a minute before starting to work on my mouth - cleaning, whatever. I have used Listerine for many years but lately have been reading articles about not using the stronger mouthwashes so much, as they could be killing off good bacteria along with any bad. I don't know if that's the case, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to give this Act no alcohol whitening mouthwash a try. It has a slight foaming quality. You are to swish it for about a minute, then they suggest not rinsing your mouth or drinking water for 30 minutes -- sometimes I do this and sometimes I do not. I don't find the taste to be off-putting. And there's no 'burn' to my mouth like when I used the stronger alcohol mouthwash. But my mouth still feels clean and fresh.
