If product used correctly works very well has many channels

So far so good.
Our internet is weak in our area so some buffering or freeze. Usually restart n takes right off. Have been able to watch everything we look for. Wife is able to use it. Pretty happy with it so far.

Easy set up but the lack of an onscreen guide for your favourites. Cant see whats on at a glance you need to enter every channel independently

Seller non responsive to a defective unit.
The unit does not turn on using remote. I must remove and reinstall power cord to turn on. Then remote works until unit freezes. Then I need to remove power cord and start over. I notified seller two weeks ago with no reply. I must return the unit

The item was very good but I am unable to use it where I live
Item returned because of the possibility it being illegal to use in my area. It does as stated. Completely loaded with all the channels that a person could want. If you’re serious about movies , network cable channels and pay per view with all the sports channels. I would definitely recommend.
