Stale with no flavor, or stale with way too much heat.
I have bought these pork rinds/chicharrones hundreds of times from truck stops I stop by. The problem is they are always sold out. I figured I would just buy a case instead. I am glad I didn’t buy 2 or three cases at first. I have opened two different bags since receiving a case of the hot and spicy. The first bag was stale and had so much spice on it I could not eat it. The second bag was also stale with no crunch. The other problem with the second bag was it had absolutely no seasoning on it either. Not a speck. Not sure what is going on with this company, but the quality control sucks. It’s been pretty consistent buying in the stores, but the first case I bought is horrible!

Best Chicharrones
The only chile lime pork chicharrones I can find that actually taste like chile AND lime. These are the only chicharrones I buy now. And you dont get nearly as many break your tooth pieces as you do from pretty much any other brand. These are the best.

Decent, less consistent quality, good for price
A little more moisture than most brands and even other flavors of the same brand. Good flavor. This brand often enough has over saturated pieces, not sure whether that's humidity or a cook issue. Decent for the price though

Light and Crispy, with a sweet hot flavor.
Great flavored, not hot. Some of the reviews talk about stale or soggy skins. I have not experienced that. I like the variety within each bag. Some still have meat/fat attached. Some are light, crispy and melt in your mouth.

One of the very best Chicharrones you could ever buy. The seasoning is out the chart!!! 📈 You can taste the lime in every single bite. The chicharrones are a great size very crunchy not hard definitely fresh and crispy. I definitely recommend these worth the wait and price. I purchased these and the hot & spicy and these win by the miles...

Very soft, puffy and airy, not dense and crunchy as I had hoped. But not bad if you like your pork rinds that way.
