It's pickely! IIt had a great flavor when your sprinkling it on something. Can't really taste it if you cook with it, though. Our bottle also had a large portion of dehydrated onion that always comes out before the pickle spice.

I originally bought 1 bottle, but loved it so much I put it on everything! Just ordered 2 more bottles. If you are a dill pickle lover, you will love this! i even use it on a baked potato! it is a little expensive, but worth it. the flavor is perfect, not over powering , yet can tell it is pickle
