I purchased this TV as an upgrade to our old 720p 32" Samsung that we use in the kitchen. The primary reason for the upgrade was to move to a 4K image however a reduction in the glare reflected from the screen was also desired. Both requirements were met and an increase in sound quality was found.

Samsung in general is the best of the best. This TV got amazing colors and amazing look. The only issue I has was with a remote control, but actually it was very funny because I couldn't find a volume bottom. I called Samsung Company and representative told me that the volume located on the same - - line just like this. So, to adjust the volume, you should move -- the line with your finger up or down. Samsung Company made that kind of remote to make more space on the remote control. So neat, so brilliant! I'm extremely happy customer.

I like the TV for what it's worth... Oh my goodness what am I saying?! I have never paid this price for CRT TVs in the day. Anyways I digress. The picture is fine, the real test will be when hubby sees it, he can see pixels and the grainy images better than I can, or care to. I mean I don't go looking for it, if it doesn't stand out. With that said, no grainy picture from my perspective. However, the sound quality is so so low, and then it gets really loud without warning or adjusting the volume. Definitely going to invest in a soundbar and subwoofer. I've been pricing those here on Amazon... Man! I guess I'm cheap! Lol. Anyways, before I conclude my review, I also wanna say, get a screen protector... This TV has barely any framing, so lifting it out of the box proved to be a challenge despite all the helpful directions that were there to guide through that process. Open that box up all the way so you can see all 4 corners. But with those tidbits I'd recommend.

It does not work and isn’t configured as easily as the other Samsung TVs (non HD). I am a little disappointed with the product even it is more expensive than those I purchased previously!🤔🤔

I purchased this for my parents. The tv is very nice. Arrived well packaged. The communication with the seller was perfect.

I had an older samsung that finally went bad, a lot of red tint in the picture. it was about 15 years old so I can't really complain. The picture is great just like the old one.

The picture on this set is outstanding compared to the quality set this one replaced. The QLED display seems to be a lot more vivid than the what we're used to. We had issues with soundbars on our old tv set. The HDMI ARC setting on this set meshes well with our high quality soundboard. The other tv wouldn't work on hdmi arc on 2 soundbars we had used on it. The tv would kick out the soundbar or kick off the tv as well. This Samsung works perfectly in the hdmi arc made and has not kicked the set off or the sound bar. The picture is great and the screen has a hardly noticeable thin bezel around the outside. The mounting bracket that came with this bundle was a simple install and seems to be heavy duty. The tv is supported 100% perfectly. The remote takes a little getting used to but seems to work fine. Not really much more I can say because we've only had the tv a couple months. I will Update this review if I deem it necessary.UPDATE June 2022. We started having a problem in May 2022. We turn the tv on, see a dim glow, hear low voice but NO picture. Now we can't get a picture on the screen. I guess our tv that we bought new in April 2021 needs to go to the junkyard. It lived 13 months and croaked.
