A remarkable paprika
I just received this today, so I've not had a chance to cook using it yet. I popped the seal, and smelled and tasted it. WOW! Straight out of the bottle and raw (as it were), this is PAPRIKA! A bit of zing — just the right amount — and a depth and complexity of flavor and aroma I wasn't expecting. Now I'm not naming names here, but compared with 365 Everyday Value paprika , the two national brands' offerings are puréed cardboard dyed reddish brown.
