Not for Me
These are well constructed shoes, however, no matter how often I wear them, or "break" them in, they rub my feet in all the wrong places. Perhaps it's just my feet, but I never could get these beyond the painful to the comfortable. Again, really well made, and put together solidly, just not for me.

Very good
I can't say I'm a sandal guy - I lean more toward espadrilles for warm weather shoes - but I have to say that I'm warming to these things. I'm a fan of Coach. I've found it one of the few luxury brands I've tried that delivers on the quality you'd expect from the steep price tags, and you can certainly feel the quality in these sandals. Now here are two words of warning:1. If you're going to wear these with socks then please, for the love of Jebus, just wear another style of shoe. Don't do that to people.2. These sandals require some breaking in time. Everyone's feet are different but on the first few wears you'll probably find your feet slipping on the leather footbed. It needs time to conform to the shape of your feet to offer enough grip, so if you're buying these for a vacation you should do your best to break them in before your trip or you may be disappointed. All in all these deserve a solid four stars. I don't think the design is ideal, lacking any support at the back of the foot, but I love the styling and the quality of the materials. I'd have no problem recommending these sandals.

Classic and sleek.
These were at the top of my sons Birthday list. He's all about shoes so was no surprise there. Ha!When they came I had my older son try them on (his foot is in the picture). He tried them on with socks (because he was too lazy to remove them) and is an 11 shoe size and I purchased a 10 shoe. Looking at them, I knew they would fit my younger sons size 10 feet very well. I thought they looked like a quality shoe and quite high dollar. They are a sleek black in color with black trim along the straps and a nice silver buckle. The classic coach design is across the top and sides of the straps. The top sole of them were soft and comfortable. There is no tread on the bottom, which concerned me a little, but then again these are sandals. All in all, they looked nice. We gifted these to my son and he was beyond excited! He has worn them around the inside of the house quite a bit to make sure they fit well and he wanted to keep this investment. The straps were already adjusted perfectly so we did not have to mess with the buckles. He wears these bare foot and he really likes the cushion of the shoes and says they are very comfortable. I thought the soles might be an issue because there was not any tread but he has not had any issues, even walking across some wet/slippery spots. He loves the design and has gotten a number of compliments on them. I think they are a little much but my teenager loves them and is over the moon. That's all that matters to me!All in all, I thought these were extremely pricy but my teenage son has expensive taste. I do however think that they are quality made and a very nice sandal. My fingers are crossed that these will last him the next 10 years. Ha!

Too slippery expensive sandals
I have to admit, I got the sandals for its Coach brand. The sandals came shipped in a normal shoe box but with the Coach logo and lots of padding. The footbed is smooth leather with the Coach name in large letters (not that you can see that while wearing it). The logo is subtle in the design on the straps, where you might be able to recognize the brand. The size seems true - I got a size 9 and it fits like that size.Wearing the sandals, I feel like it's a bit loose, but when I tighten the straps, it feels a bit too tight. So I left it looser, but then I was really surprised how slippery the leather in the footbed was. There's no way to wear these sandals with socks on, and even without, my feet kept sliding around while walking. Just a normal pace would make me walk gently in order not to slide out of the sandals barefeet. That's the main issue and very disappointing for such expensive sandals. Otherwise, the bottom rubber sole seems to grip well and the shoes are comfortable to wear (aside from the looseness). If you purchase this expensive pair, make sure to walk around indoors briskly first, in case yours is too slippery and you have to return it.
