Very good.
Excellent, and economical way to take numerous beneficial supplements in one tablet. BUT be aware that it contains a high quantity of Biotin, so may mess up any tests related to the thyroid..(it doesn’t affect the thyroid gland itself or the related processes, just makes the test results invalid, so if you have to have such tests, stop taking it for 3-4 days beforehand.). There are details about this problem, from reputable sources, if you search on the web.
