I bought these canvas patches to reinforce and customize a utility tool bag that I wanted to repurpose into a durable family tote, and they worked exactly as I’d hoped. The material is sturdy, easy to work with, and simple to cut into whatever shape or size you need. Even after regular use, the patches have held up well and show no signs of pulling loose or wearing out. One thing I learned the hard way: make sure you cut the canvas rather than trying to tear it. I absentmindedly ripped a few sections and ended up with loose threads that required extra trimming. Once I switched to cutting everything cleanly, the results looked much more professional. Overall, these patches were ridiculously easy to use, durable, and exactly what I needed for my project. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them again as I think they drastically improved the look.

These patches work great. Used small pieces on outdoor window treatments to allow air through. They were easy to cut to size, the fabric is thick & the adhesive seems strong. Exactly what I was looking for.

I've used these nylon repair patches on ripped snow pants, ski jacket, and even my tent. I buy used backpacks from 2nd hand stores, which I clean, repair and then donate to local elementary schools. Sometimes they have really great exterior designs, but are made of cheaper materials. You can see daylight filtering through the quickly degrading bottom, or the interior material will be peeling away, like a bad paint job. I'll turn them inside out and fill them with folded up towels and rags, so that I'm dealing with a firm smooth surface. Some accurate measurements, or a construction paper template, gets transferred to the material. Surface of the adhesive peel away material is super slick, so a pencil, pen, or sharpie can't be used to mark on it. I use a white paint pen to make the outline, on the surface of the black canvas. Adhesive is very tenacious. You can pull it back to reposition it maybe once or twice, but once you apply smoothing out pressure, it's there to stay! I allow the adhesive to fully cure overnight, before turning the backpack right side out. I'm able to turn a throwaway, trash backpack, into better than new! Material is durable and the adhesive refuses to quit. 👍

Backed up too close to the woodstove in my all-time favorite parka (ginormous Voited changing coat) and melted the bottom. Love this coat so was determined to save it. The navy nylon patches are darker than the blue of the coat so figured I might as well make it look intentional and cut the patches into heart shapes. You'll want VERY sharp scissors when you cut the patches to size, but they're easy enough to use. I wiped down the burned areas with alcohol and let dry, warmed up the coat fabric a little with a hair dryer, then smoothed on the patches. Be careful placing them because you'll want to get it right the first time! The adhesive is strong. About 10 days after applying the patches and wearing the coat daily, I got soot all over one side of it and had to wash it. Machine washed in slightly warm water with laundry detergent and spot cleaner. Hung to dry. Patches held up perfectly! No lifting or curling edges. Happy to have extra patches just in case but this was a good buy. If you're the type to mend your favorite outerwear to make it last, then I'd highly recommend having the nylon patches on hand.

Plan on stitching. The fabric is good quality but the adhesive is worthless.

Modèle respecté. Tissu autocollant bien tissé serré. Colle vraiment bien. J’en ai mis sur mon tapis autocollant là où l'on pose les talons en conduisant et c'est nickel ! Ne se décolle pas, très résistant.

This product was perfect for my purposes (covering and reinforcing areas on my furniture that had been scratched by the cat). It was easy to apply, adhered well and was heavy enough to prevent further damage.
