Pcos girlie with irregular periods for 15 years. I know the struggles too well. I’ve been taken this supplement for 3 months now and I’ve had 2 periods in a row after a year of no periods and a scan to confirm ovulation. I can’t say for certain these are the reason why but I am positive they’ve helped and my body is finally getting a hormonal balance of some type. This is my second order of these and I wanted to be sure they had a positive effect before ordering again. I come back to these for their ease of swallowing unlike some of the dry powder type pills. I’ve had no side effects or funny tastes/smells and I’m really impressed. If like me the world of hormones, fertility and pcos is found to be a minefield, I feel you whole heartedly but these have a positive influence on my body and I hope everyone taking them is experiencing the same thing. Ordered 3 times now, not sure how effective they really are as I generally sleep well anyway. It's more for general mineral benefits and keeping topped up. Dosage of 3 capsules daily may not suit some as they are quite big to get down. May look for an alternative next time these run out.

After reading reviews and seeing how positively it has helped people witn pcos symptoms I wanted to give it a chance. Capsules are big to swallow, and you need to take too. They are also quite dry. I first noticed a decrease in my appetite after about 4 days. Now weeks in im finding im eating more. As far as periods go, mine have stopped. So it hasn't helped regulate my monthlies. Facial hair is still at same speed level. Ive also had a couple of spots. So I dont think these are very effective for treating my pcos. So once completed I won't be buying anymore.

I owe my life to this product, after years of no luck and my PCOS diagnosis, I took 2 of these tablets a day for 7 months and fell pregnant with my son. They couldn’t have worked better for me. Large tablets and quite expensive for a regular buy but so so worth it.
