Is this correct for Boer with maintained hooves but just need regular trimming?

Yes the Standard Goat Hoof Trimmer Set is the correct set to use on Boer Goats with well maintained hooves.

This tool looks just like thr king Arthur and proxxon. Is it the same tool? If it is not how is it different?.

Yes we use to sale the proxxon and so did King Arthur. Proxxon is a good tool, but it is made for residential use. It was not designed to be use commercially. We now provide King Arthur their tool for wood carving. And our tool was designed for hoof trimming. The tools are similar but have slight differences that make them suited for the industry they market to. If you want to learn more please contact us directly.
