JBL TUNE 310C USB-C Wired Hi-Res In-Ear Headphones, Blue

This was my second purchase, the 1st one stopped working after around 6 months and the second one stopped working after 4 months. Please don't buy this headphones and waste your money.

Perfect gift that I’ve bought to myself 😊 I wanted simple but good quality headphones. I didn’t want to buy bluetooth ones I intentionally bought wired type 😊 They work great, no cord tangling, no sound problems all perfect.

Its a good pair of Type c earphones . Its from jbl what can I say . I have been using their products for 2-3 years and all of them are still holding up and sounding great . Overall nice experience with this product and this brand. If you have the budget and want a good quality of Type c earphones go for it .

I like the product, good fit in the ear, the volume button is easy to use. Comfortable when wearing. Quality for price is good.

One side of the earphone stopped working after 4 months. The sound quality was excellent &the bass was also good, not overpowering, but the service centre experience was very bad. Jbl (Harman service center) in UAE is not good at all. As per the harman customer service instructions, I went to submit the earphones at the Harman store in Deira city centre. Staff there didn't accept the earphones as he said that he couldn't track the serial number, and he would accept them only if they were bought from their store, so I went to the JBL store at burjuman Mall. There, the staff accepted the earphones and told me they would send them to the service centre and gave me a receipt. I waited for a few days, but nobody called or mailed, so I sent an email enquiring about the earphones. Then, after a few minutes, staff at Harman store burjuman mall called and said that they didn't have the same color I submitted. That's why they didn't call. I told them I don't have any problem with color. After a few days, I went to collect the earphones, I gave the receipt and collected the new one. The new earphones were also not working, not detecting at all. I tried on a few of my friend's phones, but it was not detected at all. I don't know whether they gave me a defective one or a new one. My mistake was that I didn't check the earphones at the store. Wasted so much time, never going to buy a JBL product from uae again. In India, you can send the earphones to the service centre by courier or post. It only costs 3 or 4 dhm & the service centre staff will send you a new one to your address through courier for free.

Sound output is crystal clear and justifies the name embedded on it. JBL!!!

Things were going well until 1 of the buds stopped working 3 months in. This is one of the biggest problems I'm facing with wired buds. I thought buying a more expensive pair would mean that these are harder but it Looks like that's not the case. I certainly didn't pay the premium for their sound quality which is nothing to write home about.

310C is pretty impressive given its only 29 bucks

لو محتاج سماعة فيها مايكروفون كويس وموبايلك مفهوش مدخل 3.5mm المخصص للسماعات اوعى تغلط غلطتي وتشتري سماعة عادية بمنفذ 3.5mm وتحط عليها وصلة محول لـ Type-C عشان الموضوع ده بيخسف بجودة المايكروفون الارض. انا اشتريت 3 سماعات مختلفين كلهم كانوا بمنفذ 3.5 وكنت بوصلهم بالوصلة اللي بتحول السماعة لـ Type-C وكنت مستغرب انني كل مرة اجيب سماعة جديدة يكون المايكروفون فيها اسوء ما يكون، ومن السماعات اللي جبتها (JPL 110 3.5mm و Xiaomi Mi Piston In.Ear) والسماعتين دول يعتبروا افضل سماعتين بمنفذ 3.5mm في السوق المصري ولكن برضو صوت المايكروفون كان سيء. (سعر كل واحدة فيهم حوالي 300ج). بعدين بحثت وفهمت ان مهما دورت على حلول عشان تخلي المايك صوته كويس عشان الاجتماعات والألعاب الخ مفيش قدامك غير خيارين، الخيار الاول: تجيب السماعة دي (JBL Tune 310C USB-C) والخيار التاني: تجيب سماعة (Samsung AKG TYPE-C)، وانا برشحلك السماعة الاولى اكتر من السماعة التانية لإنها مناسبة لجميع الموبايلات بدون استثناء وبتشتغل بنفس الكفاءة على كل الموبايلات، وبالنسبة للخيار التاني فأنا برشحها في حالة واحدة بس وهي ان تلفونك يكون من سامسونج لأنها ساعات مبتشتغلش على الموبايلات اللي من الشركات التانية لأنها معمولة خصيصا لموبايلات سامسونج، (مع العلم ان سماعة AKG بنفس سعر سماعة JBL وهو حوالي 1000 جنيه، ولكن سماعة AKG في منها مضروب كتير جدا على امازون "متجيبهاش غير لو كان البائع امازون").
