I am a first time hatcher and the incubator I bought had an egg Candler that didn't work, so I bought this to see which eggs were fertile. Very easy to use, bright and showed me exactly what I needed too! If you are looking for an egg Candler, look no further this is durable, accurate and value is there.

Works great even with quail eggs , but not so much with the button quails , not because the light just they r too small, not feeling cheap

This candling light is very bright. My old one couldn’t penetrate my goose eggs which have a thicker shell. This light illuminates both my goose eggs and my duck eggs. It’s lightweight, runs on 3 AA batteries and is comfortable in my hand.

Quality material not cheap like. The light is bright and serves its purpose. This is the second one i purchase.

This candler makes it effortless to monitor the development inside an egg. I love the color, though I wish it came in more options—it would be helpful for distinguishing between the two I purchased. Since I'm constantly carrying them around to check eggs, it's great that they fit so easily in a pocket. Despite a few drops and even being left outside, both still work perfectly!

Great light. Worked well for my quail eggs.

This is excellent to see if my eggs are fertile, it even allowed me to see into the darker eggs. I like the rubber around the top to protect the egg.

Works exactly as described. Well constructed. Batteries were included but were dead. Not really a problem, wasn't expecting it to arrive with batteries anyway. Very sturdy.
