Easy to use. Lightweight. Great quality. Portable.
I am in PT at the moment with some pretty severe lower back and right hip pain with no known cause so I have been obsessively looking at anything and everything that might help me. This item is an extension piece and comes with 2 parts in the box. The 4-spheres and the spine looking piece. This is meant to extend the original spinefitter for taller users. I had never heard of this brand or this item before so I actually ignored it for a bit but I kept going back to the listing. Mostly because the price was so high that I kept wondering why it was so expensive. I finally googled the product and then found a video on youtube that showed that this extension "kit" could be used on its own. I immediately ordered it and I am so happy that I did. My PT has been doing this weird pressure thing which causes so much pain the day she does it but then the next day I have much more mobility. At home I can replicate all of the exercises and moves she has me do in office but I can't replicate the pressure thing, at least not until now. This has been amazing for that and you can do it on the floor or sit on it on a chair (if your pain point is in your glutes) or put it behind you while standing and leaning back into a wall. It is extremely lightweight so it would be ideal to travel with. I have a long-haul flight overseas and I plan to bring this and my stretchy resistance bands with me. I will use this on the plane and in my hotel room and I also plan to carry this around with me when we have full 12-hr days with 20k+ steps of walking planned. While it is lightweight and is essentially a piece of basic rubber it feels like excellent quality. Without knowing anything about this and just looking at it I would say it is extremely overpriced but now that I have it and have used it for a couple of weeks I would buy this twenty times over. For my particular issues this is a godsend. You can pair the pieces together (goes together in a nansecond) or just use the spheres if you really want to. I have gone on to get the trigger tool option which makes replicating the pressure point thing my PT does on me even easier. I know this seems super expensive for what it is but if you are having issues and this fits into your budget I would get it.

Surprisingly Effective for Prehab & Rehab
The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL Extension Kit has quickly become one of my favorite tools for mobility, prehab, and rehab work. I was honestly surprised by how much I prefer it over traditional half foam rollers. The added 4.7 inches from the extension kit makes the setup feel more customizable, and the individual pressure points provide a more targeted release along the spine compared to a flat foam surface. It’s incredibly effective for loosening tight fascia, mobilizing the spine, and prepping my body before workouts. It’s also great for travel or office use thanks to its compact and lightweight design. The connector piece is easy to use, and the instructions make setup simple. Despite its portability, it feels very sturdy and supports up to 330 lbs with no issues. If you’re looking for a more precise and comfortable alternative to standard foam rollers, this extension kit is a fantastic upgrade. Easily a 5/5 for effectiveness and versatility.

Great extention for taller users
This extension piece connects to the main Spinefitter to add extra length for taller users. It connects perfectly to the main piece. The quality of materials and construction are excellent, very solid and well made and can hold my 260 pounds. This can be used during pilates or when trying to relieve pressure from your back.

Back Relief Add-On Recommended!
Outstanding Quality materials delivered in a trendy box. Spinefitter works much better than a traditional Pilates roller. This attachment snaps on to the full spinal kit. Feel relief as each of your vertebrae pop as you lay back against the comfortable rubber balls.

Just an extra piece to add to your spine fitter
I just got this a few weeks ago not realizing it isn’t the whole product but an extension for the spine fitter. I still am able to use what I do have for yoga exercises though. It’s well constructed from quality materials and I am thinking I may have to go ahead and get the spine fitter just to see how it works. It’s definitely a good product
