These flexible assistance bar worth the money, it feels sturdy enough surely it will last more than 100 years if I’m being honest what you got to watch is the weight , because this set are 10lb & 15lb , if you have a very bad tennis elbow problem I suggest you look for a lower resistance weight of bar to start with, I hope this will give you some idea for your consideration

Simple but effective
I have been suffering from tennis elbow on one arm and golfers elbow on the other. These have helped to strengthen the tendons which has eased the pain.I haven't progressed to the stronger one yet so good to have as I progress.
