This table is amazing. I love it!

When I purchased this, I thought there was going to be much more assembly required. There really is no assembly. It was super easy to unpack and set up. My ONE question is the armrest for the head cushion. I won't use it often, but the armrest was one of the factors that made me choose this product over others. Two loops should go into the arms of the head cushion before you connect the head cushion to the table. They are clearly there, as shown in the picture. But there is supposed to be a third strap that loops into the headrest that is missing. Am I not understanding the directions correctly? Please let me know. If I can be shown what I'm doing wrong or if a new armrest can be sent to me, then the rating goes up to a 5 STARS. Thank you so much.

Love this table is super comfortable. Is perfect because I can level up how I wanted and avoid back pain. I use this for my Reiki sessions. Material is great, including various accessories that personally don't use but I'm sure you will.

This table is very sturdy and is comfortable. Easy to adjust and also fold up to put away when done using it. Love this table!
