I use this but it doesn’t seem to make any difference if I do or not, It’s supposed to make your bread rise better..But I use bread flour so probably would work better with all purpose flour.

This product assisted my sourdough starter. Boosted the strength of the starter. Baking now and will be using in future pizza dough and loaves.

It really does give the bread a very nice taste and texture. I will certainly order more once this batch has been used up.
