Does this tape need to be cut with scissors or can a you tear a piece off with your fingers?

It's best to use scissors but you can tear it with your fingers...I like to use a straight edge like a plastic block for stamps to press on as I tear the tape so I have a straight edge but you don't by any means have to do that.

Is scor-tape really stronger than regular double-sided tape for pink tape gun? if so, to what degree? how is it measurably stronger? thanks.

I haven't used the tape for a "pink tape gun" bit i have used scor tape to hold up curtains st events, thick signage onto walls, etc. It's great stuff.

This is the dimension I purchase to use as 3/8" tape. Normally the tape arrives in a clear bag with the width indicated on the tag attached to the bag. If in doubt about the dimension, measure a piece.
