Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this scooter due to the great reviews and how pretty and colorful it was! My daughter loves and enjoys it. it goes as fast as it should for her age and size without any hesitation. Stops just fine and on time. You have an option to use the front handle brake or the brake which is very convenient. The lights are pretty cool also. She loves her scooter and the battery lasts very well while riding. When the battery is starting to die it won't just stop abruptly it jus slows down so you know it needs charging. The customer service is very attentive to any questions and concerns you may have about the scooter which is very awesome, they took great care of our needs with the scooter. I would recommend this scooter for your child to enjoy!

Awesome scooter! My grandson is 8 and we bought this for him in April for his birthday. It took him less than 5 minutes to get the hang of it and he was quickly doing top speed, which is about 10 MPH. The lights are bright and fun. This scooter is ridden several times each week. The dual breaking system works great. This scooter continues to perform well. It holds a charge for just about two hours. The scooter has three adjustable heights for the handle bars and my grandson says it's comfortable to ride. It is the perfect scooter for 8-12 year-olds. I think it would be too much to handle for a 6 year-old.

I am writing this review for the amazing customer service. I had this scooter for over a year now and recently I misplaced the charger and couldn't find it. The scooter sat for weeks because of this. I decided to send the seller a message if I can buy a replacement charger but to my surprise, they sent me one free of charge instead!! Upon receiving the charger, I charged the scooter up to full power and the scooter worked like it when I first bought it! Thanks to the great customer service, even after a year of owning this scooter and then losing the charger for it, they still sent me a free charger.

We bought this scooter for our daughter as a Christmas gift (2024). It’s an awesome scooter!It was easy to assemble, Easy to use, variable speeds, good brakes, absolutely love it! We charged it and used it twice .My daughter loves this scooter. It was working perfectly until the handles kept moving . I reached out to costumer services to discuss fixing it . They looked into it to see if they could replace the part. The problem ended up being an internal part that couldn’t be replaced. They are sending me a new one to swap it out. They responded efficiently. 10/10 recommend this scooter. Customer service was excellent.

Got this as a bug gift for my son, received this product pretty quickly but after one day of enjoying it the scooter start having a problem. Immediately, i contacted customer service and they were quick and helpful with figuring out how to solve my problem.

I bought this for my granddaughter who turned 9. She loves loves loves it. Easy to assemble. She put it together herself. Direction inbox wasn't clear but it was the use of common sense. She loves the lights and have been in it none stop. Best gift ever not to fast and this was her first time riding fun fun fun. Well worth the purchase

My granson who is 7 just loves his scooter!!Hes quite adventurous and a daredevil so I am happy with the speed adjustments as well as able to adjust the handlebars up or down to fit him.It goes just the right speed for his age-he loves the lights and all the bells and whistles too-it has many including Bluetooth capability-I looked thru hundreds of scooters until I found this one and it's a real winner!Thank you!He was one happy boy on his birthday!

The scooter would not charge. The company was great! They immediately got back to us and we were sent a new charger. Their customer service is the best we have ever dealt with. The scooter is great and I would highly recommend this company
