I'm very happy with this Ninja coffee maker! It arrived in like new condition and on time. As always, I began by running the clean cycle with some white vinegar and cold water to sanitize it. The process takes about 90 minutes, but worked perfectly, and there was no sediment in the filter when finished. The drip maker works very well, and brews a very hot pot of coffee in no time. I prefer the "bold" setting, and the coffee is rich and flavorful, so the machine is giving the grounds plenty of time to do their magic with the water. The k-cup attachment also works very well. It maxes out at 12 ounces, which is fine, and again, the coffee is very hot and tasty. The delay setting works well, but you have to move through the various settings quickly or it bounces you out of the delay settings, and you'll need to start over again. Once you figure out the controls, though, it's simple. The delay setting also remembers the last settings you used, so if you use the same settings daily, setting up for your next brew is a few button presses away. The warming plate gets very warm, so the coffee stays hot between cups. I'm also able to put my 30 ounce Yeti Rambler under the drip and brew directly into the travel mug using the 28 ounce serving size. Do NOT put plastic travel mugs directly on the plate - they will likely melt if you're not using k-cups because the plate heats up if a k-cup or iced is not the selected brew. Don't leave metal travel mugs on the plate long, either because they can and will get hot from the plate! All in all, I'm pleased with this purchase, and would highly recommend it!

We had a ninja product for years but needed an upgrade. We were so excited to find this product and got it out to start setting it up. We were walking through the steps for high altitude calibration when it clicked off. Hum. Ok, I’ll try a different outlet. Set the clock, started the brewing process and again clicked off and then back on. Moved to a different location and same result. I got online with tech support since we had bought the warranty. After 40 minutes I was told to just put through a claim. Well, I went to see if I could find the same machine at a local spot and upon looking at the reviews for the product at a big box store wouldn’t you know, but others had reported the same issue. We figured it was because it was a refurbished machine but seeing people say it was powering off with the ones new from big box stores to me = overall problem. So, this said, still like the Ninja brand but stay away. This product, new or used, isn’t worth the hassle. Good luck

I’m very happy with this refurbished Ninja coffee maker. It arrived in excellent condition and works just like new. The coffee brews hot and tastes great, and I love having the option to make a full pot or a single serving. It was easy to set up, simple to use, and has been working perfectly. Definitely a great value for the price.

The coffee maker, though refurbished, was clean, in good working condition, and the packaging was adequate. There was a crucial part missing from the box, the pod adapter. I bought this maker specifically for the dual pod and pot capabilities. I contacted the company, they are sending the missing part. The coffee it makes is good, the choices between brew strength (classic and rich) are noticeably different, both settings make a good pot of coffee. I took a risk on a refurbished coffee maker, and it turned out alright. It is a good value for the money.

It actually tastes like something you’d pay way too much for at a coffee shop. ✅ I also didn’t realize how much I’d appreciate being able to switch between K-pods and ground coffee. So far so good! Been using it for a week and use it multiple times a day. A bit of a learning curve, but very comfortable using it after a week. Quick brew, nice hot cup of coffee or brew over ice!

Works like new! I always try refurbished first to save some money!! This was packaged perfectly & included everything it would have new. The coffee maker its self is our favorite! We’ve had Keurig the last 10+ years and after the last one only lasted 9 months I was done! The temperature of the coffee is always hot consistently, it holds a good amount of water, I like that it brews kcups or a pot of coffee very easily by switching the pieces.

La conseguí en oferta por 1k en refurbished. Funciona super bien para café de grano pero no tanto con cápsulas. Sólo admite de ciertos tipos.

El agua nunca toca el filtro de café. Venía completo y muy bonita pero no me funcionó, ya estoy pidiendo la devolución.

1: Al usar cafe de filtro y poner que llene toda la jarra solo se queda en el primer paso y nunca avanza, tienes que hacer algun movimiento o apretar el boton de classic o abrir y cerrar la caida de agua para que reinicie el ciclo 2:No funciona para las capsulas de cafe, en mi caso estoy usando capsulas de Nescafe Dolce Gusto y caben perfectamente, pero no cae nada solo agua caliente 3:En algunas ocaciones nisiquiera detecta que hay una capsula en la bandeja y dice que agregues una.
