Very durable, easy for canning fruits!
Very easy to use..durable and quality is great! We used it for steam canning peaches. Will use for applesauce and pears. A must have without having to lift a heavy piece of equipment.

Worked great, perfect seal.
Worked perfectly. I was able to fit a lot of small 4 oz jelly jars and followed a recipe's recommendation for time, all came out perfectly and safely sealed. I was really glad to have one that came with the tools so I didn't have to think about what I needed and make separate purchases. The gauge went all the way to the end of the dial at rolling boil in my elevation.

Lightweight and durable
Love this canner. I prefer steam canning to water-bath. I decided to stop borrowing my grandma's canner and get my own. It has been great. Lightweight, but durable. My only issue is the little red temperature indicator arrow. Mine kept falling off and eventually got lost. However, as long as I remember where the temperature supposed to be, it's fine.

Works great for small batches! Easy to use for a first time canner. Would prefer the original model dial that seems easier to read, however this gauge is ok.
